It's study: -I assembled the base and moved it around and everything moved together. -the slats are consistent in that it's also the same quality metal as the rest of the frame. -the upper shelving is sturdy once completely assembled. It's lovely: -the wood is beautiful and not too heavy. The size: -I'm an adult and it fits my twin bed. Sleep quality: -I've been sleeping on my mattress without a frame and I didn't realize how much of a difference it made on level of comfort, it's great! Multiple uses: -I have a place to hang my coat now (I don't have a coat hanger or closet so this is great!) -I have shelving space above as well as space below. - I found out that my bed actually fits me now! There's a place for my phone, my books, the heater, my projects, my snacks, you name it! Great instructions: - I love assembling furniture and this was as fun as putting together Legos.. Just bigger. I was so hesitant to get another bed frame from Amazon by a different brand. I'm so grateful that this bed frame was affordable, useful, and to my esthetic. UPDATE AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS: - if you weigh over 200lbs and you sit a lot on your bed, the metal slats do bend, but I just took the slat out, turned it over and it stopped bending - frame might work better if you have a firm mattress (I just bought a new, firmer mattress and it's doing great) so that there's better weight distribution. My daughter's mattress is firmer than mine and her's didn't do that.. then again she's as tall as I am (5'4") but weighs half my weight (110). - I still have no regrets! ... show more

I was realllllly looking forward to this bed frame! It was quite easy to put together only taking about 4 hours with two people, it was sooo pretty once put together. While putting the bed frame together there were a few pieces that did not line up properly but didn’t affect the frame itself. While putting the bars on that hold the mattress, 2 of them broke through just with me pushing them into place. Then after putting my mattress on and waiting 3 days to even sit on the bed, 4 more bars broke through the moment I sat on it, then they all continued to fall after that. The bed frame looked so nice but I am so disappointed with the quality and just the way they designed the part where the bars rest. I’m not sure if mine was just a defect but it couldn’t hold 280 Ibs so it most definitely couldn’t hold the 550 Ibs it claims it can. Ps ~ I did return the bed frame and am waiting on getting my Store credit. ... show more

Fill like the shelves should be able to move to the front and back but they work great a little difficult to put together but if anything dry fit the frame first so you can adjust the cross bar where they need to be.

So I actually really like the bed frame and it took a while to put together on my own but the instructions were great. I’m giving it a 3 because the top shelves no matter what I did did not sit flush so I continued to put the bed together see photo. The shelves still won’t sit in the frame correctly in order to stew them in. The wood doesn’t seem to be warped at all but when you try to set it in place the wall side sits in but the front side is lifted up. ... show more

I love this bed frame! It’s very sturdy, exactly what I needed to add some storage for my TINY room, and not creaky at all because has rubber stoppers at the slats. I love that it has an LED strip so I have a night light, and the setup wasn’t bad at all. Also love that it has an outlet and a side table. I’m so happy I got this bed frame and couldn’t be happier! I haven’t seen any others like it anywhere else and I’m thrilled to have found such a unique one The only thing I recommend is getting a thin bunkie board as the slats are about 6 inches apart and that can damage most mattresses over time. The company itself does not stand by it's products whatsoever. Make sure to take very single part out and match every single part to the part number in the assembly instructions. Also check each part that the part number is in fact on the correct part. Dry fit each section page by page and lay them out first. Also pay extra attention to which way the welds and holes (and if they are even there at all) are because they may not actually be correct. Really take a close look, check for every screw holes, the weld tabs exist and are where they're suppose to be. If any of that is not correct they're not going to make it right. Mine was missing structurally important parts or had incorrect holes and welds and duplicate parts. I could not assemble it without those parts being replace or sent to me when requested. Amazon stepped in and made it right since the manufacturing company itself flat refused to at least send the parts to make the bed frame functional. They were literally going to leave me with a pile of mental frame parts and just say "oops, sorry...oh well". It did take a minute with some haggling with Amazon online customer support and then on the phone...but they did make it right. That's why I'm still subscribed to Amazon Prime and this bed frame manufacturer can go pound sand. ... show more

We ordered two beds. We wanted to divide a room for two girls and had the intention of putting a thin sheet of plywood on the backside of the bed more in the center of the room with self tapping screws and paint it with chalkboard paint. We opened the first box and checked that everything was there and it was. We opened the second box that looked like somebody had rifled through it and put it back together. That was alarming, but it was just bad packing. We put the beds together today every part was present. And the beds look absolutely freaking awesome. Nothing was amiss in the packing. The beds are sturdy. The frame handled the addition of the thin plywood and the self tapping screws. I had been looking for a long time for a solution for two girls of different ages in a room with three doors on three walls and a window. Now I have created two separate sleeping areas. This is so perfect and sturdy. It took me about 90min to put together but it was well worth it. Shelves are sturdy and its looks amazing. Would purchase again in a bigger size too. I've gotten plenty of compliments on this already and I just got it a couple of months ago
