Great purchase! I love this bike! I got it for a great price. Only have had it for about 3 weeks. I enjoy riding it...it was fast & easy to put together. It is easy to understand the directions. A good purchase. I am a female, 55yrs old, 5'10, approx 170 lbs....in decent physical condition but, have 2 blown out knees, and a bad hip. This bike lets me use it manually ( pedal traditionally) and with assist ( it gives a little help when you turn the handle for help.) I believe you can use it as a full electric bike but, I have not as I use it to get better and stronger in my legs and knees. I average 8-13 mph. ... show more

It's pretty solid for the most part where it counts. The motor has decent power it doesn't like very steep hills though. The battery life is average I'd say, but you can get around 25 miles out of one charge in full electric. It takes about 4 or 5 hours to charge when fully dead. It goes 25mph which is okay, but it hard limits you most of the time when you try to go faster. It's pretty rough to peddle when it's dead. The brakes are kinda cheap feeling but they stop decent. The back brake squeaks really bad. I've put over 200 miles on it so far and it's been pretty reliable overall. I'd recommend it to someone that wants a decent e-bike for a budget. ... show more

Pros suspension is nice, and speed is respectable Con. Can not access of 500 watts of power ,battery life is short sometimes, after only five miles fenders are cheap and break very easily. Customer support is awful. They offer 20% off your next e bike then when you try to make purchase they only offer $30 off which is false advertising but also English is also not their first language which makes communication difficult and robotic. ... show more

I've put just over 30 miles on this bike and can provide the below assessment: It took about 1.5 hours to put the bike together. My husband is pretty handy so not much complaining about the time it took. The only thing he noted, and I agree, is that the fenders are super cheap plastic and really just flop around when the bike is been used. The manufacturer should have included something more substantial given that these are fat tires, and you'd expect this bike to be taken off road. I'm the primary rider of the bike, I'm a 50 y/o female and 5'8". The bike is perfectly sized for someone my height, but I'm not loving that there is a bar (designed for men's bikes). My first day I took the bike for a long beach ride, through some really thick sand, and off road on some torn up roads. The bike handled like an absolute champ (it handled far better than my husband's more expensive electric bike). I had to adjust the speed to handle the sand, but the bike kept up with the ever-changing terrain of the beach and off roads. When on regular paved roads, I find that 10mph is safe and easily doable for my comfort. Prior to this bike I've never owned an electric bike other than a Peloton, this bike was super easy to quickly learn and adapt to what I need it to do. I'm looking for accessories to add (and new fenders), because I can see that I'll be enjoying this bike for a long while! ... show more
