When charging up with air for the first time it leaked air badly. Turned out the Schrader valve was loose at least 5 turns. The other one was tight enough but I could tell it wasn't all the way tight and tightened that one about 3/4 of a turn. I have been using these and ones like it for years. I love the ability to get an even thin coverage over smooth flat surfaces. I buy hazmat by the gallon (Brake Cleaner, WD-40, PB Blaster, IPA). This allows me to fill it up, pressurize it, and use it on whatever I need. The only downfall is that the spray pattern is sometimes off, and it will not spray correctly. So, you may have to fiddle with it (a lot, actually).

Installed this on the non aerosol hand sprayers from this company and there was no issues. Might think about changing the shrader valve or trimming it with a dremel, sticks out a little. But fills and sprays just fine
