Package arrived on time, no missing parts. Actually I got whole bunch of extras. Instruction is clear and installation is easy. I installed today and it perfect match my transit (full size cargo van). Good quality and seems will last as long as my truck lasts. I did not give 5 stars because of 1) some paint scratched off on the end of bars. I know it's not big deal since it's going to get all kinds of scratches sooner or later, but a little bit upset for brand new bars with scratches. 2) some holes do not align up so it's difficult to put bolts in. I spent 10 minutes for the last bolt to connect bar and support, ended up to use a smaller bolt that I have. 3) the touch side of the support and van top is a thin rubber with only one bolt secured in the middle. I am very concerned on water leak during raining day. May need apply some heavy duty water proof sealer to make sure no leak. Overall, it's good product with the price range. ... show more

So here's how the 96" straight ladder looks on the side of a 2018 Dodge Ram Promaster, high roof, 159" wheel base. I'm 300 lbs and I have not yet tested it. Time will tell how well this works. So far so good.

    • It works, but black faded within a couple of years
The black ladder sides faded to silver within 3 years, the steps faded also within another 6 months. We called vantech about the faded side bars so they sent us two parts to be reassembled which takes at least 2 hours to take apart and reassemble, So the paint used was not of a good quality, this aluminum cannot be repainted without some type of special primer to bond, I am very disappointed with this product. ... show more
