Loved the volume very loud. Light weight. Keep hooked on my purse or pant pocket hook. Only incident, it came unscrewed from I'm hook. I was fortunate to hear it drop.no damage . For any one saying this item isn’t loud enough, I’m confused. It’s sleek and compact. I didn’t try it as I haven’t had it that long, but it’s charged and on my purse. I was at work, and I must have pulled it, because it came off and it’s LOUD. I was startled. It gave me a headache after about 20 seconds. I also like that there are no batteries. It alerts you when it needs to be charged. Highly recommend.

I bought this gift for my granddaughter who is going off to college, with the way this world is I wanted to do everything I can to help her stay safe! I tested the product as soon as it arrived & when you say it’s loud it was loud & the strobe light was blinding! The first order came without the charging cord. Dealt with an Amazon rep and the company sent a second alarm free of charge - didn't even ask for a return of the first one. Definitely like this alarm......super loud and the light could be pointed toward someone and used to disorient them. Totally recommend this alarm
