I received the batteries very quickly, but one was faulty. After I reported the issue, they immediately sent me 2 more replacements. One of those was faulty too. They issued a return label, & I sent back the 2 bad ones. So far the other ones are working fine.

The batteries I received were not 6.0Ah batteries. I opened the case, looked up the cell number and determined these could not provide more than 3.5 Ah. On a good note, they did power my tools.

Even with my expectations heavily tempered, I’m still not happy with quality or fitment of these. Made in China with a company contact in the U.S. for warranty issues. - Do they work? Yes. How well do the work? Not very well compared to the label rating. Sold as 6Ah packs (as shown online), what I received was clearly labeled 7Ah; 126 watt hours. In my worklights for which I ordered these, I can’t even say they keep up with my standard OEM Dewalt “20v MAX” 3Ah packs. - These packs weigh in around 20.7 ounces each. For reference, my OEM 3Ah pack weighs 22.4 ounces; my OEM 4Ah pack weighs 48 ounces; my OEM 6Ah pack weighs 72 ounces. Weight alone can’t be used to determine what’s really inside a pack as battery technology has evolved, but the weight discrepancy here is a huge red flag. - If concerned about actual warranty coverage, I strongly suggest you look into this further on the internet, including their BBB rating. I don’t feel the stated warranty adds any value. - The fitment of these into my chargers and tools is a little loose compared to OEM packs. I had to wiggle the packs a bit to get the contacts to connect in my chargers. In my tools they were harder to insert than expected and yet had a little wiggle in them once fully attached. - Packs arrive with no usable charge, which isn’t customary. Each one took about 3 hours to reach a full charge out of the box. - I opened up a pack. I found unbranded and unlabelled cells, with the exception of one cell that appeared to have a mini QR or bar code on it, which I couldn’t use to obtain further info from. There is just a plain green wrap over the metal cell bodies. I did cut away at the wrap to determine this to ensure there wasn't another label under the green one. Longevity yet to be determined with these packs - I’ll update my review when/if any fail. I would not order these again though because of their use of plain cells, conflicting product info as to capacity, no info online or elsewhere as to what is really supposed to be inside, along with what I feel are overly embellished specs to this degree. I much prefer my aftermarket Tenhutt brand batteries to these.

These batteries work on my Dewalt string trimmer, blower, and drill without a problem. Unclear of the longevity of the batteries, but at a fraction of the price I would say it's worth the value of purchasing over the expensive Dewalt branded replacements. They charge just fine in the Dewalt charger.

They say 18v (20v max) on the side of battery but seem to be working great in my dewalt tools I’ve been using them for almost 2 months now

I have a ton of Dewalt cordless tools, or off brand tools that run off the Dewalt battery platform. I was tired of not having batteries with a tool and having to run around trying to pair them up. I decided to order a bunch of extra batteries so that I could drop one in each tool bag with every tool and know that I always had one handy. I paired these particular batteries with a cordless drill that runs on the Dewalt platform, but is an offbrand hammer drill. I love the drill, it’s got a ton of power. These batteries work absolutely incredible in it. They have a ton of power, work in all of my Dewalt or Dewalt style chargers, and have the little power indicator light on the back of them that I love so much. I wish every battery had that power indicator on the back since these lithium Ion batteries seem to die so quickly with no warning (not these ones in particular, all lithium ion batteries). Initially, I didn’t think this was going to fit in my offbrand battery charger but I just had to push a little harder to get it to snap into place. I guess I was being a wimp at first and it just wouldn’t go in. Considering the price of batteries these days, this is an incredible value to get two 20 V max batteries for this price. I hope they hold up overtime and if they do not, I will certainly come back and update my review to reflect that. As for now, I feel they are an amazing bargain and I’m incredibly happy with them.

Powers our Dewalt tools at lower price than Dewalt batteries but the charge doesn't seem to last as long. They didn't come charged and took a little more than 3 hours to charge on Dewalt charger. Maybe don't click into the tools and charger quite as easily as the Dewalt brand batteries? Takes a little more effort, not as smooth. Vanon also has batteries for other brands. Like another reviewer, was excited to see U.S., but if you read closely, only says shipped in the U.S. The Better Business Bureau doesn't give them a very good grade as a result of lack of customer service. We will see how long ours's last.
