These are beautiful but we had them for a month and we've already got a chip on the bowl, and a big crack down one of our dinner plates :( we're not tossing them around either, feels like normal wear and tear. I love the aesthetic of these though

The dishes were pretty but 2 soup bowls and 3 salad bowls were shattered. Follow up…Vancasso customer service reached out to me and sent me a new full set completely free of charge. They were so professional and kind in dealing with this issue. The dinnerware is beautiful and now I have a full set again plus extras if any break over the years! What a wonderful company. 5 stars for customer service.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Dishes look great. There was an issue with some damaged dishes upon delivery, but the manufacturer took care of the issue and gave me several options to satisfy the customer.
