I ordered two sets so that I would have service for 8. One of the sets had a broken plate. I reached out to the Seller to return and they responded that I could keep the unbroken dishes and they would refund my credit card. They did so within a day. I like these dishes so much that I bought another service for 4. The dishes themselves are gorgeous, seemingly durable and definitely have some weight. The dishes were beautiful. One of the smaller ones had a disruption in the pattern. They did not have a replacement plate, and I was refunded $15. Then one of the dinner plates had a chip after being placed carefully in the dishwasher. Again, sane pattern not available. Received 4 pretty replacement plates, had a choice, they were easy to work with.

We ordered two sets of these dishes, and they are absolutely beautiful. The description on Amazon was exactly as the dish set appears. The only problem was that one plate and one saucer were broken. The dish sets seemed to be well packaged, but arrived broken. Apparently, Amazon is aware of this problem as there was a warning on the sale page that this could happen. Amazon refunded the cost and we did not have to return the unbroken dishes. I will be ordering another set of these dishes as soon as Amazon places the refund amount in my account. Hopefully, they won't arrive broken.

I thought the pictures were awesome online but these are even more spectacular in person! There are variations in color which I already expected from other reviews and the photos. They are also not cookie cutter sized plates. They each have their own shape to them that makes them even more unique. I absolutely love these and would recommend them highly to others.

So we got these yesterday. They are gorgeous! That feel like someone ceramic coated hammered copper. They are not perfectly round edges as it appears they were designed to look hand made. I also ordered the Vancasso Stern dipping bowls and the color and design is so close they look like a matching set! I couldn’t be happier with these!
