I ordered the chenille beige 3 seater late August 2023, and I have been waiting for the ottoman to come back in stock to complete my set! I check regularly and one morning it was in stock so you know my ass placed an order quick. It came in the week after, I also reached out to the seller before it came back in stock, they said they will restock October 12th. So, be patient! I was able to order the one seat armchair as well. We ordered beige in both the loveseat and the ottoman…. The color of the ottoman is completely different than the loveseat. In fact based on the review photos posted by others I expected the loveseat to be the color as the ottoman is but the loveseat has blue stitching in it which I don’t like. If anything I like the color of the ottoman better. Not happy that they don’t match. Looks very funny! So watch out for that when you order the beige color couch that it has very noticeable blue in it! (As you can see on the loveseat photo I posted there is a dark spot which is a cluster of blue stitching. I notified customer service and they offered a replacement cover for that cushion that they expect to not arrive for a month. Not a huge deal, as long as a replacement comes because as of right now my eyes go straight to that cluster of blue stitching. It looks like a stain). At this point after having the ottoman I am hoping for new covers for the loveseat so it can match the ottoman but I just submitted a message to the company so I will update my review once I hear back on how they can fix that). Also note- I JUST received the loveseat last week so if they’ve since changed the coloring of “beige”, they did that in a very short window… ... show more

Do not buy the beige chenille ottoman to match the beige chenille couch. They are not the same color/material. I bought the van acc 3 seater beige chenille couch in August 2023 and have been waiting for the ottoman to come back in stock (didn’t happen until December 2023). Super disappointed and will be returning. I have contacted the seller and will update the review once I hear back to discuss how easy it was to return. UPDATE: they refunded me 75%. I am going to use them elsewhere in my house, as I have a nook that will be useful. They didn’t want them back, I could either dispose of them (I bought two) or keep them. They are still pretty nice ottomans so I upped my rate from a 1 to a 3 simply because it was the wrong color/fabric. I want to give a 4 but I want to make sure people see the review to know it’s not the same fabric if you bought the couch before December 2023. The only thing that I dislike is the hardness of the cushions, not really comfortable but it's a nice fit. Ohhhh, also...the instructions sucks.

I first found the matching Beige Chenille couch in Sept., read the reviews, and it seemed great - but this ottoman was out of stock. At the time the reviews for this were great too so I decided to wait for it to come back in stock and after 2 months of consistently checking I was finally able to grab one. Unfortunately when it arrived I could tell it didn't match my couch in the slightest before I even finished unwrapping it. I triple checked I ordered the right color - the couch itself is cool-toned gray-ish and the ottoman is a warm creamy oatmeal color..they don't even feel the same! After reaching out to the company they said that the fabric was "upgraded." In what universe would this be considered an upgrade? To not even match the couch you sell and market as a set? No where on this listing, description, or photos was anything mentioned about this fabric change, this is false advertising. It took me two days of going back and forth with customer service to get a full refund (I was initially offered nothing but too bad so sad the fabric changed, followed by a mere 20%). I am now stuck with an ottoman that I need to keep covered with a blanket until I can find a better option.
