  • Nice Building
When we received the boxes it was like there is no way that this is a 10x12 building. The building instructions were spot on except for a couple of steps. Definitely take your time. First thing we didn’t have to purchase any extra screws. As long as you install everything right all holes match up, some are definitely challenging but it is there. Overall build quality seems to be very good. Once it’s all built the weight takes over and it’s very sturdy. It definitely looks just like picture. Only thing we are waiting on is to see how weather proof it is. I added a sealer tape to the edge on the floor since we went with a wood base. Overall width is a little bit smaller than 10’x12’, the right size is 115”x140” but not a game changer for the price. ... show more

  • Instructions are visual drawings with little words and you may interpret them in different ways.
The side supports for the walls are not sturdy enough and flop back and forth. Needs to be supported by more than just one screw in the middle. However, when totally built the shed is reasonably sturdy for a 10 x 12 shed. Make sure to put roof panels on the proper direction. Out of 600 + metal screws all but about 12 screws did not align with the pre drilled holes. About 6 of those I used 1/2 inch self tapping screws and I drilled around 6 holes to get a few screws to fit on the thicker main roof supports. Took two people 3 + days to complete 24 to 32 hours. Focus on hole alignment and use power drill to tighten screws. The final results was a good usable metal shed at a great price that'll last for years. I built the shed on a cement slab and on top of a 2 x 4 on it's side as the slab was not as level as it should be and the pressure treated wood helped the base be more level. Used shims and gap filler foam to create a level base, plus the height is 1.5 " taller now. ... show more

  • A good shed for the money!
Make sure the base is square and every hole should line up. I completed it in 2 days one building the floor and 1 putting it together. The only help I had to have was someone help me to get the 4 corners up and help hold the beams for the roof up. The rest I was able to do by myself. I like the height of the door openings and the size of the shed. Also the shed comes with clear roof panels but you don’t have to use them. ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY This
there were missing parts, for screws, we had to go buy them from Homedepot because the screws - although they filled two bags with a few hundred, more than 60% we had to throw them away - could not be used with any screwdriver. The instructions are probably translated from another language, because the description is made with grammatical errors that are difficult to understand, it rains inside - we have to use tar on top of each screw with plastic gasket from the instructions to seal the roof, also the joint between the boards had to be insulated with tar ... show more

  • Excellent customer service, good product.
I received the shipment in 3 packages. 1 of the 3 were incorrect. I reached out to the seller and they replied that evening to follow up. After a quick conversation they immediately shipped out the correct box. It came in about 2-3 days. (Keep in mind the entire shipment came days earlier than expected, so there was effectively no loss of time on my end) Everything appears to be good quality pieces and parts. I will be assembling on a concrete pad in the coming week. Will update with pictures soon. Thanks Happy Tao! ... show more

  • The shed is huge.
We did a floor on concrete pavers and a 2x4 framed floor with plywood. The shed went together well ,not to much trouble. Love the clear sheets on the roof but I fear they will not last long. It has windows and vents but it is not hot yet her in Cali. I do like the size since I am 6'2 and I love the barn doors instead of sliding ones. ... show more

  • Prepare the base and it goes up easy
Instructions are easy to follow and parts are clearly marked. Nothing missing or damaged. Follow the instructions, make sure that the base is level and square. It took my wife and i about a week to assemble it working 3-4 hours per day.

  • DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
...unless you get it gifted to you for free and you have the time and skills, troubleshooting and patience to do everything yourself. I hired someone to build foundation and to put the shed together. Unfortunately, only 2 of the 3 boxes arrived when they began building the 10x12 base and the third, missing box is the one that had the floor frame. It took over a week AFTER the first 2 boxes arrived, of back and forth conversations to finally get the 3rd box, almost 2 weeks after the first two arrived. By then, the woof base was built and had been in the rain for several days. The shed is advertised as a 10x12. It is NOT! It is 9ft 5 inches by 11 ft 6 inches. So, the foundation/base was/is not flush and I wasn't going to pay for alot more labor time to cut everything back. So, now we have to figure out how to stain, pain, and seal to try to keep the floor dry. Additionally, several screws short and several misaligned where new holes had to be drilled and old ones filled. Quality of what is advertised as "galvanized steel" is pretty flimsy. Big gaps in the doors. They do not fit flush no matter how they are adjusted. Plastic see thru roof view panels are significantly thinner and flimsier than the metal panels. Not sure how those are going to hold up. Several dents. Will be interesting to see how it does when the wind blows and it rains and/or snows... I would not recommend this to anyone. We would have come out much better just getting a wooden shed. It wouldn't have been much more $$$ than we have invested in this ordeal and that doesn't account for the stress of the last 3+ weeks of getting it and then all the hiccups. The seller has been kind thus far and did refund $60 for the headaches of the third missing box for 12 days. $5 a day. Better than nothing but overall, this shed isn't worth anything close to the price. Definitely a leaking hazard at the moment... until we buy materials and get everything sealed and hope that it works. Update: continuing to discover more problems in the attempt to secure ita nd seal it to keep not from leaking. No solution yet for the big gap in the door. The seller has been kind and did offer an additional $150 refund though. I am grateful and that is helpful for the accruing expenses in the long and ongoing process to make this work....but I still wouldn't wish any of this on anyone else. ... show more
