    • Love it but not for BIG cats!
This is a great design and very fabulous idea! HOWEVER, it is quite small. Literally half the size I expected. It will work great for kitten(s) or a cat under 10 pounds, which our rescue has. But forget it for your larger cats. We have several 16 to 20 pound cats and no way will they fit a couple HATE carriers and it takes at least 2 people to get them in one and they have to go in backwards and swiftly.. I gave it 5 stars for design and that there is nothing wrong with it. Cats jump in willingly because it looks like a fun box. Would gladly buy several if it also came in a larger or XL size. Just don't be mislead into think your big cat who hates carriers will ever fit. Hope they start making a larger size choices. It's a design that could revolutionize getting a cat willingly into a carrier. We also ordered those cat carrier bags (different manufacturer being advertised everywhere as an alternative for difficult cats . What a huge disappointment! They are harshly stiff and definitely not going to work. Imagine stuffing a cat into a rather small fully zippered hole. and then zippering it without catching their fur. Even our willing and adventurous cats are not willing. Not a chance. This drawer idea is a winner. Please just make it bigger! ... show more

    • Awesome if regular carriers don't work well
I tried regular hard carriers and soft carriers for my VERY anxious cat who I struggled to get into a carrier for vet appointments. This made it a lot easier!!

Shame on me. Should have read the reviews. Valerie B was right on. Good idea but cheaply made and the front grate does not 'click' into place. If the photos came through you can see that there is no way 15 pound 'Pumpkin' is getting in this "20 Lb." carrier. Plus, he's smart and strong and the last time we were fighting with him to get into an old but reliable carrier...that we had for 57 years...better design; large size with a from that opens all the way...that they don't seem to make anymore; anyhow, bent the door in the process. Sending this back and will continue shopping for a better carrier. ... show more

    • Not perfect but still only option like this
The handle fell off immediately when trying to lift the empty carrier. So we just kept it off. The cat was adding 21 lbs so the handle didn't stand a chance. You need to be really patient putting this together and watch the video. I had to go through the manufacturer's website because the QR code didn't work. I would also read the reviews here which is where I learned to be very careful. I had to turn the carrier on its side and rock the metal door piece in before I heard a noticeable click and it was properly installed. It LOOKED correct without the click but wasn't in right. You have to get it to click/snap in. That said, as in the title, there is no other option like this. The tech used a towel and quasi burrito-ed our big guy in on the first try, in seconds, with no issues. The last time the tech and I needed multiple attempts with a traditional carrier and I was bleeding in a couple places once he was in. The vet suggested this carrier for his next trip. I wouldn't buy this necessarily as your first carrier. But we have every other style across a bunch of differently sized cats with different temperaments. I'm glad to have this in our arsenal. ... show more

    • Difficult to use
In theory this seems like a great idea. As mentioned in other reviews, my handle came off with only the weight of the carrier. Absolutely nothing was in or on the carrier. In addition to that, sometimes when you slide it out, it does not slide back in. In addition to that, sometimes when you slide it out, the blue part completely falls off the little track and the entire thing falls apart. Read the reviews, make sure you put the door on correctly (mentioned in another review) be prepared to modify or not use the handle on top and do not plan to use with an uncooperative animal and I think you'll be good ... show more

    • The easiest and Best crate for cats.
This was sooo helpful with our 19 year old cat that hated getting into a crate. It's very well made, and worked like a charm. The opening is a nice size, the tray pulls out nice and long. Place cat onto the tray and slide it back in. Done. No scratches, biting... No drama. As far as the appearance, it's nice too, easy to assemble and fell my cat was safe to travel in it as well. I pulled the seatbelt through the handle while driving to keep Mr. B safe. We adopted another cat and the shelter wanted to know where I got it from. ... show more

My favorite carrier of all time. My cat just goes in the drawer part thinking it's a cool box and I slide it in. No problems. I wouldn't hold it with just the handle, I don't trust that handle, but other than that it's great! Second one for second cat. My ex didn't want to give up the first one I bought. My cat likes to hang out in it so I leave it open lol. She'll bring her toys in there.. great carrier, 👍 ... show more

Love the idea and everything about this except for the handle! It pooped out and is flimsy so i wouldnt trust it for my cat
