Great buy. Best way to describe it is a sectional sofa shaped from the dense high quality foam used in luxe mattresses. The box was very heavy - sofa sectional are very well vacuum packed. Not sure if climate is a factor but within 4-5 hours the sofa had already taken shape.

Each part was delivered with protective coverings that could be removed without snagging, and all of the sections were completely upholstered in the sophisticated gray fabric. This modular design enables me to adjust the L-shape for maximum chaise length, then lock the segments together securely so that there is no unpleasant movement when I change positions. The process of sliding the parts into place seemed quite natural to me. Regardless of whether I want to arrange it along one wall in the living room or divide the pieces between my home office and lounge area, the seamless integration guarantees a unified silhouette that seems as deliberate as a presentation in a showroom. One of the most appealing aspects of this couch is its level of comfort. Not only are the seat cushions very deep, making them ideal for savoring a good book on a Sunday afternoon, but they are also sufficiently supportive to ensure that you keep a decent posture when watching consecutive movies. Without being able to feel the springs or frame under me, I have sat on the edge of the chair to pay bills, splayed out over the chaise for afternoon naps, and sat on one knee while participating in video chats. I have had this for about 3 or 4 months now? I bought it as I have 4 rambunctious kids and didn't want another couch frame snapping on me! Yes the couch is low, I'm 5' 1" its fine for me! It's deep and spacious. My kids and I have cuddled many times on it. It's quite thick but I can already see where the foam maybe isn't springing back like normal (however my 10yr old has been sleeping on it for like 2 months now in that specific spot...so "abnormal" use) We still have normal couch rules (no body slamming, no jumping, etc) so it's gets pretty normal use outside of the sleepy kiddo. Mine came in 3 pieces which is great bc we just move them about the living room super easy with the needs of the kids, right now the couch bit is separated with a toy box in the middle (think a loveseat on one side and a large chair on the other with a toy box in the middle) and the chaise in front of my TV like a LARGE ottoman. The versatility is great. Super easy to vacuum each night, and since each piece is one piece all I have to do is use the extender on the vacuum to get the crease between the back and seat. I love that it's a maybe 1/4" crease nothing gets eaten by the couch anymore! I haven't taken the covers off yet to wash, I will likely update when I do which will be soon. With my couch being against a wall I just have the pillows up on top of the back which makes the low back a perfectly fine height for even my 6" tall partner. They're a good firm pillow too they match the couch well, however I'm sure the foam in those is less dense and would give to being softer and squishier sooner than the couch itself. The only 2 things that would make me give 5 stars is if I could order new couch covers and pillows easily and separate from having to buy a whole new couch. I LOVE the green but having a back up or another color just for fun would be GREAT and make this WAY more versatile. And then if it was more plus size friendly, however that's hard with foam. I will say I am about 240lbs and have 0 issues with it being a problem unless I sit right up on the very edge, then it does squish down a fair bit. That 5th star is mostly reliant on being able to order the covers and pillows or other accessories ... show more

Actually pretty solid couch. I had my doubts for sure but overall I like it. Helps to have it against a wall so you have more back support. I also recommend letting it air out for a week and open zipper up a bit before use.
