    • Not what i was expecting at all
First off, this is more for a kids room or maybe teen.. I do not recommend for an adult. The back part as some have stated in previous posts slouches real back. Its also so low to the ground getting up off it is a real chore. I mean its literally not evwn 2 feet from the ground. I waited for it too fully expand but never did. Its just a terrible product all tje way around.. Returned.. Hoping the refend doesn't take long ... show more

So I've sent back. I've also logged a complaint for deceptive practices as this should not be allowed to be advertised in such a manner.

This is the BEST couch! Incredibly comfy, firm but you sink in, super modular, and really becomes a true conversation pit. I love it so much. And shipping was a total breeze. Everything comes zip packed so you just open it up and let it fill out to its shape. Really gorgeous too.

Couch was to low for me I also thought it was a bit pricey for what you get. Keep in mind I way 330lbs so it's a bit difficult for me to get from such a low couch.

EDIT: 10/10 the company reached out immediately after my review was submitted. They offered to send me another couch and a refund. I accepted the offer and the new couch came in less than two weeks. The new couch is perfect it matches the pictures and now I understand how they have good reviews. The company is on top of making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Crystal clear communication the company did not disappoint. Definitely get the couch and if it comes damaged you just contact the company it’s really that easy. The product you receive is cheap and damaged. Thankfully I was able to schedule a return but I still have yet to receive my money back. The couch was clearly damaged while being packaged or it’s just so cheap it never fully rises. Just don’t do it! I waited the 7 days and still nothing it’s been almost two weeks. I’m very upset and pray that when the pick up for the return comes I today I receive my money shortly after. I feel completely robbed.r ... show more

(Update Review) I like the couch; its been more than 7 days and the only problem is the back still hasn't formed so it will lend back unless you have it against a wall (maybe). I really would like to get the long piece of the sectional replace because the back is just not doing anything. I followed the directions but still nothing. A bit disappointed because I was really hoping to see a change in the couch but still nothing; I don't think the price is worth it now. Still hasn’t fully developed lol this is the back. I still like the couch just the back is the only thing that is heartbreaking ... show more

I’m so sad and wanted to believe this would be a good fit considering the price paid at $800. I saw the comments about the couch not being cut properly but I wanted to give it chance. 1. I ordered the black couch and it looks navy, I’ve asked everyone who’s came to over they’ve said the same :( 2. The back half was not cut properly and it slants in. I was going to keep it due to Me being just honestly exhausted but I shouldn’t have to settle after paying 800. Someone pls help :( ... show more
