I am so frustrated right now. I must have assembled 100 pieces of furniture/equipment in my lifetime, and this is the first time ever that the simple, cheap tools necessary for installation are not included. Collectively, these tools would probably cost the manufacturer maybe $5. Why they would not just charge us a few extra bucks to save a separate trip to Home Depot is beyond me. There wasn't any mention of this on the product description. I have no idea how well this hoop will function seeing as I'm still assembling. I'm not optimistic though. ... show more
