It feels smooth, like silk. It fits in the carry case. The pink looks pretty. And I did at first have a little trouble with the seems, but after a little readjusting the problem disappeared. I suggest trying to fit the case and snap from the bottom of the device instead of the top.

The product is nice overall. It may not always stay clicked in on all ends, as some have mentioned, but its not bad. Usually only on end will raise a bit. Another important note for those wondering... IT DOES FIT THE ORIGINAL STEAM DECK CASE! Saw someone else stating it did not, which is not true, it fits into my case better than the previous one I had installed, which was only a sleeve. This one slid right in and no issues zipping it up by any means! Recommendations - snap left & right sides together at same time, tend to the rest after. For me, this limited the non-snapped edge but in time it may still raise off the ledge as the "click" you're wanting, stronger locking mechanism isn't there. BUT.... it doesn't feel like its going to just come off and mess things up. It does it's job and still feels good in the hands. 5 Stars? No. 4 Stars worthy? Sure! Not many pink cases available, and as I wait for my upgraded deck to arrive, I will be using it with a pink case as my wife mocks me until this one becomes her's full time. ... show more

The right side on the steam dexk doesn't really close all the way, but that could be just me. Over all it fits like a glove and I can't wait to use it.

Got this for my OLED model, looks good and feels good, but the fit is far too inaccurate resulting in parts not clipping together fully. Don't get me wrong if I paid 15 bucks (As the price has been before) I wouldn't complain at all. Though I did buy it when it was more expensive, I did so for a trip I have coming up. I paid over 25 bucks and wouldn't recommend it for that. If you find it for a little less I would say its worth it otherwise. ... show more

Nice color, I feel like it has good protection since it's a hard cover. The latter makes some of the buttons harder to depress though, so pros and cons

    • Cheap cost, and cheap plastic right out of the box....but, good grief it is so so cute!!!
I feel that this is better labeled as a "scratch protector" If you drop your steamdeck with this cover, the robust build of the deck is carrying 97% of the impact. Still .... it has that "wow" status if you like pink, big time.
