This extension wand is a bit difficult to extend. Perhaps as it's used it will move easily. I replaced a standard wand with this one. Hope it wasn't a mistake. Extended it seems a bit weak. But, it seems good for the price.

    • Extension is nice, but flimsy
The wand that came with our sprayer apparently had some water in it last winter, which froze and cracked the plastic. Easy to replace it with this one. It seems to work fine and I love the telescoping extension, which makes it easier to spray our rows of grapevines. The metal on the extension is very flimsy, however, so I'm sure its only a matter of time before it breaks or starts leaking. I know that using sturdier metal would make it heavier, so I can't entirely blame the company for manufacturing it as they did, but I'm sure there is some material they could use that would be both strong and light. ABS plastic, maybe? But then it would probably be more expensive. Sigh... Anyway, it works fine, until the inevitable day I sit on it or find some other way to accidentally break it. ... show more

This is my 4th sprayer handle in 2 years. They don’t get heavy use but the others leaked after a short while. I think this one will last at least a few years. Heavy duty. Suggest you buy a hose clamp to attach your hose.

    • The Sprayer is always on/open
It looks nice it looks like it is quality, but it is not good. It wont stop flowing. The valve never shuts the flow off. Mine is hooked to electric sprayer and i need to turn off the pump to stop the flow. It is a good thing this one is hooked to the water sprayer and not the other sprayers.     • metal spring will deform plastic valve housing and cause erratic operation
works well for a little while, but the trigger will become erratic. They have a metal spring against plastic in the valve body that will deform, making trigger operation erratic. They should have placed a metal washer between the metal spring and plastic in the valve body. It works fine.
