We love Vacu Vin wine stoppers and use them a lot. The Vacu Vin wine pumps come with different stoppers to these and they do not fit the wine bottle necks we have; they are too narrow for most of the wine we buy, thought they do fit some. But the screw type looking stoppers work beautifully and we can suck out all the air with our Vacu Vin pump and our wine stays fresh for weeks and weeks, I kid you not! If you have never tried Vacu Vin pumps and screws I wholeheartedly recommend that you do, and if the stoppers in the pack donโ€™t fit your particular wine bottles, just order a couple of these! ... show more

    • Best stoppers
These are the best wine stoppers. We lost one of our set a year or so ago and bought a set of the pink/purple ones that do not have the horizontal threads like these gray ones. These with the threads hold the vacuum seal much better.

These are exactly the same as the ones I bought years ago for a pump-type bottle stopper. Absolutely works to keep the fizz in for quite a while.

    • Problems
I bought these to replace some that I purchase years ago. The slit valve on the new ones are so tight that the pump doesn't work with them. Maybe after some manual manipulation they will work.
