I bought this mainly for the convenience. Unit is light, cable length is adequate enough to reach all tires, and the light works fine and is helpful in the dark. I typically leave this in my car and haven't had any issues for the past 3 years or so. However, recently the chuck came apart so I was unable to use it despite the rest of unit being functional. I've read varying stories regarding the length of the warranty ranging from lifetime to 2 years. I contacted customer service regarding my issue and they promptly sent me a new unit. The only information they wanted from me was a picture of the issue I was having and my order # and that was it, I wasn't required to send back the faulty unit. I didn't reorder because the first broke, but because it's so handy that I bought another unit for a family member. Once my family learned that I had this... I kind of became the resident tire pressure person, every time their pressure was off they had me pumping the tire. I got a little tired of that so I just bought another unit, haha. This thing is extremely easy to use and even comes with a step by step instruction label/sticker. My ONLY complaint is that the sticker itself isn't sturdy enough.. my pump got shoved around and stuffed in various places for a bit and the label sticker got scraped off in various places. At first I was very frustrated with the product as it shut off every time I turned it on! I couldn’t find anything about it in the instructions, and when I reached out to customer service, I got a very helpful response from Flora who suggested making sure the valve connection was on “straightly and deeply” till I hear a sound of air escaping. I like the fact you can set it to stop at a set PSI and it will fill to that amount. It has a flashlight built in for nighttime use and it just works! Great price too!
