My tire loses air and I refill it about every three days. It has already paid for itself in what I would’ve paid those air machines. It is as convenient as it gets. I love the part that tells you how much air is in your tire. You preset it and it will put it up to as much as you choose. It’s easy to clip on the air spout. That’s all you have to do and then plug it into your cigarette lighter port and put the on button. It does run a little bit loud but it only takes two or three minutes to put about 15 pounds of air in your tire. It cannot run for more than 10 minutes according to directions. It doesn’t weigh much. I’m glad I bought it. You can also pump up bike tires with it. This unit is not for larger vehicles. If you have a truck or SUV, you might check to make sure that it works for those tires. ... show more

I picked up one of these air compressors during the shutdown as a precaution. It's become one of the most important pieces in my emergency kit. Being able to pump up my own tire no matter where I am is a huge relief. Recently on my way to a class after dark, I started noticing an odd sound and the car pulling to the right. Yep, the tire was nearly flat. This little compressor took care of everything and in less than ten minutes I was on the road again. (It only took that long because I was in a dark area and had trouble reading the instructions.) Because my tires are warrantied through a specific place, I've been waiting for nearly two weeks for the appointment to get this one looked at - so every day I pump up my tire again. As long as your know your tire SPI, you put that into the machine and plug it in. It automatically shuts off when your tires reach that desired SPI amount. I don’t know if it’s just me, but tires don’t seem to be made like they used to. Either that, lot we drove with chronically low tires until the 2000s. It seems that my tire air gauge light is constantly going on with the changing of the weather from warmer days into cooler ones, and on occasion at other times throughout the year. With this little compressor, I can connect it to the phone charger part of my car, turn my car on, and in minutes have all of my tires aired up and ready to go. I can do this in an area, where I feel safe… my own garage. No longer am I down on the ground at a gas station, waiting to be the victim of assault. I’m in charge of where I fill my tires and when. The other thing I like about this is that once you learn how to use the device and have your settings set, all you have to do is press a button, and it does all the work for you. Finally, the device has a light on it for that rare occasion that you might find yourself in need of airing up a tire at night. I cart this in my trunk at all times, along with my Halo, which allows me to jump my car all by myself, in case I ever need that, or if someone else is ever in need. I highly recommend this little tool. It’s handy. I have a Toyota Camry, but I’ve also used it on a Toyota RAV4. Gentlemen… get this for the woman you love… not in place of a romantic gift for that special occasion (For those types of relationships!
