I usually don’t leave reviews but having used this every day for the last three months and a higher price tag I hope I can share some insight. I’ve ridden 300 miles without a hiccup. So far maintenance wise I’m looking at new tires at 500-600 miles. I need to adjust the brakes at the moment at 300 miles. I have ran out the battery multiple times to get an exact range, you will get 13 miles on a full charge at full speed on flat ground at 60 degrees and warmer. Other than those times I’ve always kept the battery fully charged after every ride. The times I did run out it actually wasn’t terrible hard to pedal. The battery will take about 5 hours to charge from empty. For the price it is definitely worth it and has been a reliable form of transportation. The cruise control also comes in handy as my dog runs along side me . The brakes do squeal for a while when you first get it and at 300 miles they’re not fully quite, but cost wise I’m still giving 5 stars. If you can afford the hydraulic brakes I would go that route. If your commute is within 10 miles I wouldn’t bother getting the max version this would suffice. Also actual top speed is 27mph the odometer is off.

This is my first e-bike and I am loving it. I ordered the black Movcan V60 with hydraulic brakes earlier than the initial expected date. My package came with disc brakes, and I am currently working on reconciling this with customer service. I did quite a bit of reading on various moped style ebikes, specifically comparing this model to the Movcan V30 series and to CYC bikes. I chose this bike because of the high overall rating, the option for hydraulic brakes, and overall functionality including lights, turn signals, dual shock absorbers, and ability to purchase upgrades through the vendor website. Package came with assembly tools and spare inflatable tire balloon. With 48V, 1000 watts, and 15 Ah the bike has plenty of power to accelerate through the hills on my short commute to work. Dual motors, higher voltage, and the larger battery versions were over kill for what I currently require, but I might be interested in checking out their other products in the future. The bike is a bit heavy (~100 lbs with battery), and I’m on the smaller side, so taking it up the stairs may be a challenge for some. The handlebars and seat are comfortable and I don’t find myself struggling to ride. On about 5th gear with PAS level 5, I was easily able to hit 25 mph on a straight stretch with minimal peddling. I’m sure if there was less traffic I could get it up to 30 for brief stretches. It’s fun and several folks at the gym have asked me where I purchased it from! I highly recommend watching the assembly and review videos on YouTube as they answered common questions about braking. If all goes well after changing out the brakes, I may add a second tank battery to the front to extend my range. Those items are available from the website. I’ve also read that other purchasers have changed out the shocks and tires. Maybe after riding 100+ miles or after owning for a few months I’ll look into that as well. Over all, I think it’s probably one of the best bikes under $900. Comparatively, you’re looking at spending an additional $200-300 for bikes of similar quality from other brands.

Ok, I know its not 100% the sellers fault, but they need to do a much better job of protecting the critical internal components when the main box is punctured. Im guessing something heavy fell on it during transit. The Gear shifter is cracked and cannot be used, and the air pump was also damaged beyond repair. There was nothing protecting the internal components except for the cardboard. One of the main reasons I bought this was the positive customer service reviews. Movcan support was attentive and agreed to send replacement ASAP, will be a bit of a challenge to swap it out, more of an annoyance than anything. The bike itself does come as advertised, great value. Its definitely better for smaller people/ teenagers, plenty of speed, looks cool and rides smooth. I will post another update when the gears are fixed and we can change gears.

I got this bike and immediately turned 10 years old again! I caretake and have a hard time affording a car with the situation im in. Movcan has changed my life with my v60 pro ! I can jump on it and get ALL of my shopping done. My medical appointments are easier to get to. I dont have to take a bus full of heat. Snd their customer service is outstanding! I received my bike and it (by no fault of theirs) had a tiny hole that would have spread and ruined the seat, probably got nicked in route shipping. But they sent me a new seat no charge IMMEDIATELY to get my butt back out on those roads! I will forever be grateful for this company and their support at this very hard juncture in my life. They treat you like they WANT YOUR BUSINEES. UNLIKE MOST of these other companies. The bike is flawless. I get looks everywhere I go and this thing is a MONSTER! FAST AND HALF THE PRICE OF AN EQUAL MOTOR AND TORQUE AND JUST EXCELLENT QUALITY! TY MOVCAN! YOU MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER! Ill forever be a Movcan owner! Can't wait for your new bikes in the future! Very quiet motor! It's a head turner and it's heavy enough for the speed it can maintain! All in all 5 of 5 definitely! Best purchase I've ever made!
