Really nice bike, goes 30 mph easily. After 250 miles the bike did not turn on due to a malfunction in the screen. So I emailed Movan and talked to Mya ( very good communication, emailed back in hours)and told them the problem. After a couple pictures they sent me a new screen within a week. Plugged it right in and works like a charm. By far some of the best customer service. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I loved the bike while I was able to ride it. I was using the bike to get to and from work, but on the way to work one day, I hear a loud "POP" and the back tire (motor) begins wobbling violently. Several spokes had broken and I was unable to use the bike. The company, Movcan, said that extra tension is put on the spokes from using the motor and throttle, i.e., using the bike "too much" can damage it. They sent me a replacement rim, but it didn't come with the flywheel or brake pad. I tried to take the flywheel and brake pad off the broken rim and put it onto the new rim, but I couldn't get anything to budge, meaning the new rim is virtually unusable. Movcan couldn't give me a solution to the problem. I went to Movcan's website to buy a motor kit, which comes with a flywheel and brake pad attached. What I received in the mail wasn't at all what was shown on the website, but it also didn't come with a flywheel or brake pad; it was just a new rim like what they had already sent me. Movcan is a joke. Apparently their bikes aren't meant to be used as transportation, like advertised here. Their bikes are meant for rides around the neighborhood, I guess. I wish I would've known that before buying this product. In all, I like the bike and wish I could ride it again. It worked for a week and it's now been sitting in my garage for three weeks while I tried to get things fixed. I've spent over $1,000 on the bike, the replacement motor and tools to fix the bike. I want a refund.

Frame cracked and we’ve only had the bike for 8 months. Company will not honor warranty.

It came days before the estimated day and is very good for mostly any offroding. The bike is very high from the ground so a 5,6 person would flat foot it. Small jumps for the bike is fine just make sure to put gear in 1 to avoid the chain being loose.

I am very satisfied with the Movcan V60 Pro. The bike has excellent power and acceleration, and the motor performs strongly even on hills. The full suspension and fat tires make the ride extremely comfortable on any road surface. The removable battery and clear LCD display are very convenient features. The build quality feels solid, and overall the bike provides great performance and value for the price. The speed and torque make everyday riding fun and effortless. It also looks great in person and feels premium, attracting a lot of attention. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

I purchased this e-bike for my 13-year old and the kiddo absolutely loves it! Great acceleration, long battery life and well built. I’d definitely recommend this for not only the teen years, but also for adults as I’m thinking of getting one for myself so I can join my child on rides.
