I was very excited and anxious for this new drone as it was my 4th drone and this one exceeded my expectations and I did extensive research and watched many youtube clips before I finally chose this one and I chose right. For what you get with this price I dont think you can beat it. The camera is phenomonal, the flying is pristine, the ease of use and connection is spot-on. Needless to say, I am very happy with this drone and am and will recomend the Veenix to everyone. Now I will save up and step up to the Pro.

This is my second Veeniix UAS (drone). As a gift, my wife purchased the V11PRO that used a your cell phone as the screen and photo/video capture. That unit worked great but was inconvenient since I use a quality case on my phone, I had to remove the phone case every time I wanted to fly. I’m normally not a review kinda guy but I would of given the V11PRO 3 or 4 star if I rated it because of the phone inconvenience. As far as I can tell the UAS is the same as the original V11PRO. Same quality gimble mount 4k camera and same quality construction. Flying the unit is simple and easy. The users manual is on the RC and easy to go through. The RC screen is about the size of the large phones on the market. The screen is sharp with good color and contrast so it’s easy to see in bright sun light. It’s touch screen so it’s easy to navigate through the various menus and settings. It fits good in my hands and all of the buttons and controls are within easy reach. As you can see from the photo’s, the carry case is different and I like it better. It’s not bigger or smaller but I think the soft case is easier to pack. There are spare props, charging cables, spare control sticks, 2 batteries, and a bag for the RC so you don’t scratch the screen. You need to supply the micro SD cards (32G-256G), one for the UAS and one for the RC. You’ll also need to supply a good quality charger. The easiest way to pull the photos and video off the UAS is to have the Veeniix App and download them to your phone. This works over wifi and once I figured out the procedure, it was easy. It doesn’t appear you can just get them off the SD card. I tried and it seemed like I either lost files or there was nothing. Might need to play with that more and I admit I didn’t take a lot of time to read everything. I’ve flown this unit for about an hour and half so far and everything is working as advertised. I’ve also attached a few photo’s and a video for reference. It’s done everything as advertised and I’ve no issues in my test flights. Time will tell but I’m going to give 5 stars. Did I mention how much I liked the new RC2 with the built in screen?

Why I Love Veeniix Drones: Great Quality and Amazing Service You don't need to spend a ton of money to get a great drone that works perfectly. In my experience, Veeniix is the best choice. Their products are awesome, and their promise to treat customers well is much better than most other companies. Unbelievable Customer Service: A True Story Veeniix earned my trust when they kept their one-year product guarantee—that's a whole 11 months longer than most other warranties! I saw this promise in action recently when one of my drones had a small, repeated software problem. I called Veeniix Customer Support over the weekend. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back from Elaine just 20 minutes later! She immediately promised to fix things. The very next morning, Kim called to arrange a brand-new, identical drone replacement, totally free. The process was super easy; I just had to send in some flight records and a photo. To make things even better, Joyce emailed me this morning to confirm the shipment and included a free drone battery as a bonus! Since those batteries cost almost $100, this extra gift showed how willing they were to fix their small mistake. A big thank you to Elaine, Kim, and Joyce for their amazing help! The V11 Pro: Top-Level Power for Everyone Veeniix's great business practices are matched by how good their products are. Out of my five drones, the Veeniix V11 Pro is my favorite because it's reliable and always gets the job done. It's a top-quality machine that is very easy to fly, so even a beginner can figure it out quickly. The V11 Pro gives you professional features without the huge cost: Camera: Takes amazing 8K photos and 4K videos. Range: It can fly and send a signal up to 20,000 feet away. Performance: It has a lot of power and can handle Level 5 wind resistance For an awesome price, excellent performance, and a company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Veeniix. You can even find them easily on Amazon to get this quality for less. What's the most important thing you look for when shopping for a new gadget like a drone?

Overall, I'm very pleased with this drone. Especially the quality of the photos and videos. It is very stable in flight and hover adding to the media quality. Operation is pretty straight forward. The auto return is your friend and is a safety feature you will come to appreciate. My experience is flight time and battery duration is not as long as stated but part of that could be due to flying conditions such as head wind, etc. Once you are familiar with operation it could be a little faster but generally the speed is sufficient. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is loss of signal that reduces range that results in auto return before mission completion. In my case I believe that this is due to the geographic area I mainly operate in which is heavily wooded with very tall trees making line of site between the drone and the controller difficult. I have overcome this to some extent by using the map feature and flying way-points which seems to allow the drone to operate autonomously. Overall a really good drone for the price point.

I rarely write reviews, even when a product performs well, which I admit is probably my own laziness. However, I feel compelled to leave a review for this product because of how thoroughly disappointed I am with it. I genuinely wish DJI were still an option, because this drone is nothing more than an expensive paperweight. I consider myself an experienced drone flyer. I have owned several drones over the years, and while I’m certainly not a professional cinematography pilot, I know what I’m doing. Unfortunately, this drone behaves as if it has a mind of its own. On multiple occasions, it has randomly initiated a return-to-home and landing sequence without warning. When this happens, attempting to cancel the action or manually take control is useless—the drone ignores inputs, lands where it shouldn’t, or crashes into nearby objects. This has happened repeatedly. The battery performance is even worse. Each battery is fully charged before flight, yet I’m lucky to get seven minutes of flight time per battery. This isn’t a defective battery issue—I experienced the same problem with all three batteries, including an additional one I purchased hoping it would solve the issue. It didn’t. Despite very limited use, the drone has extremely low total flight time because it simply isn’t enjoyable or reliable to fly. At best, I might get 21 minutes total across all three batteries. Once the battery reaches around 50%, it suddenly drops to 25%, triggers an automatic return, and once again refuses to allow manual override. The drone then lands wherever it decides, regardless of surroundings. Yes, you get what you pay for, and this is clearly a budget drone—but even a lower-priced product should be functional and enjoyable. This is neither. Flying it is stressful, frustrating, and ultimately pointless. The only one time I had fun flying this thing is the day I opened it. After that nothing but, buyers remorse. Would give 0 stars if possible! My advice: save your money. Buy a good used DJI drone, or if they become available again in the U.S., purchase one new. The higher price is absolutely worth it for reliability, flight time, and actual enjoyment. If you are still within the return window for this drone, return it immediately. It is not worth the headache.

Update: This is a review of the customer service provided by Veeniix. I had an issues with the camera and an error message. I called Veeniix and left a message and within an hour Elaine returned my call. YES I spoke to a person. She walked me through some trouble shooting steps and within minutes she provided me with a resolution - just that quick. They provide the best customer service and to me, most attentive company employees. They are clearly all about the customer experience and they live up to their name. Guys – I could not wait to get this drone in the air. The V11Pro drone, in my opinion, is priced fairly and is in line with other drones with equal features and performance, but where the V11Pro really outshines the others is the unit’s durability, camera and battery life. Video at (30 fps) and 8K SONY camera capture amazing shots. The picture quality is far superior to my other drones. The 3-axis camera mount and anti-shake system provide the stability to get much smoother video and exceptional clarity in your photos. Unpacking and setting up this drone is very straightforward, however be sure to read the manual and watch a couple of videos before flying. The case sturdy and neatly holds the drone securely and has space for the extra battery and replacement parts. This drone weighs about 1.5 lbs. but surprisingly doesn’t appear to have a significant drain on the batteries – 32 – 37 minutes depending on the flight conditions. The batteries charge quickly, so be sure to get a full charge on the batteries before your initial flight. My package came with a second battery so I can quickly get back flying. The controller is more compact because they have built the antenna into the phone cradle, a brilliant idea. The joy sticks are removable and neatly stored in the base of the controller. I like the layout of the digital display on the controller - the most important information you need to fly safely is readily available at a glance. The phone app’s layout is remarkably better than the others I’ve used. This drone has both optical tracking and GPS following. With the 80 minutes flying time, you can confidently extend your boundaries (3 miles) to reach distances like never before. The TOF (time of flight) senor and return home feature assure that your unit will return home safely. At some point we all need a support team - the Veeniix support team has never let me down. They have responded to my inquiries quickly with sound recommendations. Beginner or advanced pilots will really enjoy pushing their skill to the limits with the V11Pro.

It handles well the controller is as good of quality as expected, unimpressed with the speed capabilities, topping out at 8 m/s with sport mode. Good for beginners and good quality drone I love the color and overall ability of the drone but for the price range I’m not too happy with it there are better options available for what I’m looking for and the night time quality is nothing like advertised.

This drone exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality feels premium and durable, and it flies with remarkable stability even in light wind. The camera produces sharp, vibrant footage, while the intuitive controls make it easy for both beginners and experienced pilots to enjoy. Battery life is excellent for its class, giving plenty of time to capture photos and videos without feeling rushed. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed, reliable drone that delivers an outstanding flying experience and is well worth the investment. I’ve had two models preceding this version and it is impressively upgraded.
