I have 12 inch circumference bicep and these are not tight on me however they do roll at the bicep on the inner part that touches your body. If you have skinny arms they shouldn’t roll up at all. They are also really hot to wear, which I never considered as these are the first sleeves I have tried. I live in texas and it’s now summer, so I probably won’t wear these for most of the year. These arm sleeves are great to wear during pruning to prevent branches and leaves scratching skin. They are comfortable, cool to wear, and I wore them in 90 degree weather without any problem. However, the fabric seams raveled when laundered in washing machine, and I will try hand washing.
