I want to clear up my previous review, the problem was not with the seller. The problem was FedEx Ground and in my anger and some anxiety I have this seller a harsh review. After receiving the UV Printer some 7 days late and after MUCH discussion with FedEx they found the printer and delivered it. As I have now had time to setup and use the printer I realize the seller did EXACTLY what they said they would do. So after some time I thought I would clear the "air" so to speak. The printer works greats no issue aside from the software but that's a different story. ... show more

This printer is fantastic! We had some setbacks at the start but the customer service team is wonderful. They are very helpful and once you start printing, you'll love it. I'm experimenting with bookmarks now and want sharing my test ones. The print quality is amazing!
