Wow! I am impressed. I also have a Rubbermaid cart, similar to this one and I am impressed with the build quality and durability of it but this one is built like a Sherman tank. Amazon shipped it in perfect condition and here's the kicker: the assembly instructions are in perfect english! Don't really need them but I am still impressed with that as it is made in China.

I really like this cart. The design is well thought out and the fit of the parts was very good. The instructions mentioned split washers (lock washers) but there were none. Instead there where locking nuts with nylon inserts, which I consider an upgrade. When assembling it's important to put the legs/supports in the proper positions. The lower shelf and the legs/supports are marked L and R. Note however the L and R does not mean Left and Right since one set goes in the front and the other set in the back. If they are in the wrong place the carriage bolts will not go in. The lock-nuts for the carriage bolts seems to be 13mm since a 1/2-inch wrench doesn't quite fit all the nuts. The wheels are quite large, which means they will roll more easily. The wheels turned smoothly and the swivel wheels operated as they should. I like the cup holder and the paper towel holder. Handy features. This is already my most favorite cart. Would definitely get another if/when needed.

NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND NO TOOLS INCLUDED!!! Took me about 30 min to understand what I was supposed to do but the review pictures helped me figure it out, and then putting it together was another hour because there's no instructions and it was just me. You definitely need the help of someone else despite what the pictures say, and despite that assembly depiction - "3 steps and done" is laughable!!!!!! Once I gathered all the tools I needed, I was able to move forward. So be prepared because you'll need: 1. Wrench and a 13mm socket. 2. Hammer. 3. Small pliers. 4. Screwdriver. First step: Put the wheels [2x lockable ones, 2x regular ones). You'll want to use the long bolts with the washers and nuts. On each corner inside the bottom carrier you'll find where to pass through the long bolts, and just align those holes with the holes on the wheels, slip the washer through the bolt and hand screw the nut on. Here you'll need to bring out your 13mm wrench to tighten the nuts! AND this is also when you will need to use small pliers to hold one of the bolts (on each corner) because otherwise it just turns freely... (Very bad design imo). Second step: Install the supporting pillars on all corners of the bottom carrier. They slip in from the top and just push it down until they're fitted. There's nothing to secure them to the bottom carrier. Third step: Fit the basket into the top carrier BEFORE you install and secure the top carrier to the pillars. This is where you'll need a hammer because the basket slides into some brackets that are on the side of the top carrier, and because it's such a rubbery hard plastic it takes A LOT of force to fit it in all the way. If you don't make sure to fit it all the way, you won't be able to secure the top carrier to the pillars so don't skip this step! Fourth step: Fit the top carrier onto the supporting pillars and secure it underneath with the short screws. Here you'll use the screwdriver and it's supposed to be 4 screws on each corner, but some of the holes didn't have threads so I had to left them empty (again, bad design). Pros: Hard thick plastic material. Basket can fit a lot of different items. Looks like it can hold a lot of weight quite well. Cons: The wheels don't lock up - I'm guessing I got faulty ones. Since I cannot lock the wheels, the cart rolls freely with the slightest push... I already assembled it, so I won't be returning for this reason but I wanted to. Some of the holes aren't properly aligned, and some holes are also missing the threads so they're useless. NO INSTRUCTIONS made the experience harder than it had to be! Overall, I wouldn't buy this product again but so far it's serving its purpose...
