  • 1,000 SQUARE FEET PER ROLL: Our insulation foil roll measures 250 feet in length and is 4 feet wide. This gives you 1,000 square feet of reflective insulation roll. Studies have shown that aluminum reflective barrier can result in a noticeable temperature drop in your home during the summer. It can also help reduce cooling costs by 10-45% depending on your climate region.
  • HIGHLY REFLECTIVE: 99.7% Reflective Value. Double-sided and tear-resistant, our foils material is highly reflective to reflect radiant heat rather than absorb it. The industrialized strength foil is remarkably thin to the touch. It is designed to withstand heavy handling without tearing, puncturing, or overly wrinkling. Cuts easily with utility scissors so you can install it properly with ease with no special tools or protective equipment required.
  • EASY TO MAINTAIN: Works for both new and pre-existing house and buildings. The material is unaffected by humidity and climate changes so no further maintenance is required upon installation. This insulation foil is a superior alternative to bulky insulation such as foil-faced bubble wrap.
  • ASTM COMPLIANT: Meets the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) fire and smoke safety requirements of most state and local building codes, as well as the breathability standards for building materials. Class A/ Class 1 fire rating. E2599 fire code, radiant sheet barrier classification (C1313), FIRE/SMOKE (ASTM E-84). Meets breathability requirements for building materials (ASTM 96-00).
  • SIMPLE HANDLING: Although our reflective roll insulation is strong and mighty enough to properly assist in insulating your desired area, it is also light enough for perfectly easy installation. All help, no hassle.
  • Class 1 / Class A ASTM Fire Rated / Waterproof / Weatherproof / Made in the USA

  • Good quality
Excellent quality, high reflectance, and durable. Fabric mesh between layers that keep the barrier from ripping while struggling with my scrappy electric stapler. Very pleased. Would order again.

  • Excellent Product.
I have a 30x40 metal shop building that only had bubble rap type insulation. It was unbearable to be in during summer months. The heat radianting through the roof was insane. I purchased this product to help combat it. OMG what a difference. Each time I put up a section up I could feal a difference. My shop now feels amazing to be in on 90+ degree days. With the A/c running before it was only cool if standing in the path of air flow. Now the whole shop stays cool. Product easy to work with. Light weight but stong. Very happy with it. I also bought an air stapler to install. ... show more

  • Works as stated.
I have used this in a couple places mostly my attic and it works great. Easy to use and cut. The great thing about this is you cant tear it. Its not thick at all but it is strong which makes it easy to install.

  • Great product and great price
Started installing in my attic and almost immediately the temperature under the radiant barrier was noticeably cooler than the floor space that was not underneath it. I’m almost finished with the install now and the temperature has gone down by an estimated 10-15 degrees. Easy to install and clearly works! Worth installing. ... show more

  • Great product
We needed to stop some heat in the attic and this worked well. It was not easy to put in our attic but we managed to do it. We needed 3 people to help hold the foil straight . The roll is heavy so we cut it in 13 feet increments. Depending on your attic setup this could be a breeze to put up. We immediately noticed a difference in temperature and are happy with the results. Would highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • Does what it's supposed to do
I have a 24x36 Morton building/pole building. No interior walls, no insulation. Just metal walls all around and metal roof. When you walk into the building when the sun is out, it is like an oven. I can literally feel the heat radiating down from the metal roof onto my skin. I put this stuff up on the purlins running between the rafters. I didn't put any on the walls or put any insulation up. Now the temperature inside the building is the same as the outside, although I sometimes I can still feel the heat radiating through the metal walls depending on what time of day it is. This stuff is amazing! For $120 I had enough to do the entire roof and then have some left over. Like others have said, you need to have at least an inch between the barrier material and the metal for it to work. I was using 12 foot pieces I cut off the roll and stood on a scaffold and staple-gunned them to the purlins. It was easy to cut with a straight edge and a razor blade knife or even some good scissors. The material was very tough even though it looks like a big roll of aluminum foil, it doesn't crease very easily or tear easily at all. I had a couple of incidents where I was sure the material would rip but it did not. Where it went around the poles I simply used the razor blade knife to cut it out around the pole. Very easy to work with ( although in the future I think I might use 4' or 6' sheets because 12' is a little too long to handle with one person. If you install it correctly, you simply will not regret buying it. I've got two other buildings I'm going to put it in as well. I'm going to order more and put it on the walls too. ... show more

  • Got the Radiant Barrier installed now just waiting on the summer heat Got the Radiant Barrier installed now just waiting on the summer heat
I used this to put it my attic. I put it on my rafters and I'm hoping it does the job of cutting down on the heat up there. If it works as good as it is strong it's going to do a fantastic job. This stuff is tough but cuts easy with a sharp knife or scissors, I used both. A couple of times when it wasn't exactly where I wanted it after I had already stapled it up I pulled it loose to reposition and it would pull the staple out of the truss and not rip or tare the Radiant Barrier. I marked 4 ft on every other rafter to keep it running straight and trust me if you're doing it by yourself you need to have your marks to go by because this stuff doesn't give where you put it is where it stays. it's not really hot here in Tennessee yet so I can't really tell how much it is cooling off the attic yet but I will let everyone know when we get those High summer temperatures. I called Mike and ask him a question and he actually answered his phone and answered my question that means a lot I will definitely order from this company again. I'm really impressed with the product by the durability of it and how well it looks . If it cuts back on the heat in the Attic I will probably order some & roll it out on top of my insulation to keep the heat in in the winter but I Heat with wood and I have no trouble staying warm in the winter. Usually my electric bill is around $85 in the winter when I'm using wood I can't imagine what it would be using all electric heat. My highest electric bill in the summer time it is probably around $210 and it's a 2000 square foot home so if this drops my electric bill in the summer I would be sure to let everyone know.you can do it yourself but a little help is great so If you do install this it's best to take your time and watch your step and don't step through the ceiling. ... show more
