I got a size Medium, and at 5'5" with an average build, it fits perfectly. Effectiveness I’m already noticing a difference. It gives a gentle reminder to sit up straight without feeling restrictive, and I’ve caught myself slouching less, even when I’m not wearing it. Overall I'm super pleased with this purchase — it's comfortable, adjustable, and genuinely helpful. If you sit at a desk all day and need posture support, I definitely recommend it.
