I am very pleased with this item! It was necessary for me. I work from home and I am always hunched over trying to look closely at my two computer monitors. That has ruined my posture. I've actually been developing what I call a camel's hump on my back it seems. Once I put this on it gave me instant satisfaction. It's enough compression where it feels good against my body and it makes me sit up straighter. Very comfortable. I'm actually wearing it right now as I work. It was very necessary and I am pleased!

I like this posture brace, and it is mostly unnoticeable because it fits comfortably. It does not have super heavy boning that other back braces use. I do feel like I'm wearing a holster but it's not bad for a couple hours a day. Plus, my waist looks a bit more snatched without wearing a proper corset! The material is comfortable but it can dig into your armpits if you are not wearing a shirt underneath. I have been trying different ways to secure the velcro straps, but I keep returning to the standard configuration.
