The Westinghouse WGen3600cv Portable Generator with CO Sensor is a convenient generator to keep you powered on the road or at your home during a power outage. With 4,650 peak watts and 3,600 running watts, this generator runs for up to 14 hours at a time with a 4 gallon (15 L) gasoline fuel tank. The WGen3600cv features a powerful 212cc 4-Stroke OHV Westinghouse Engine with a cast iron sleeve designed for durability, featuring a built-in fuel gauge and automatic low oil shutdown. It’s equipped with an RV Ready TT-30R 30A outlet that conveniently hooks to your travel trailer, keeping the air conditioner and travel necessities up and running all day long with an L5-30R outlet and household duplex outlets. Without the addition of the wheel kit, this unit minimizes sliding when being transported. Rubber outlet covers provide added protection from the environment and rugged conditions. An intuitive control panel makes the WGen3600cv simple and easy to use with guided yellow touchpoints. This traditional style generator is not an inverter “quiet” type generator, but it is just about as quiet as an inverter “quiet” style generator. It is much quieter than other generators I’ve used. It is quieter than the push mower I have that uses a Honda engine. It is very easy to start. Once running, it powers everything I need it to with very little noticeable “grunt” during start up. I have a mobile sharpening business (an enclosed cargo trailer) and this generator runs all of my machines at once, the interior lighting and the industrial fan or space heater, without even trying. After several major blackouts since moving to northern Indiana, I decided to buy a generator to cover the important things, such as refrigerator, network, freezer, etc. This unit seems working great for such kind of loads, and actually is pretty easy to operate. I gave it a 4-star as I have not had a chance to really use it except testing it a few times to make sure its functional. No surprises, which is all I am asking for these days. It did sound loud during its initial start run, but seems the sound level was OK during my second test run. Maybe next time testing, I will take db measurement and record it. Once I do have to use it (or during my planned test run next time), I will update the rating accordingly if needed. ... show more

Honestly thought it was going to be a small generator but ended up being a very good size! It is quite heavy and sturdy and I recommend two people to move it! Pretty easy and smooth to start and power on! It is pretty loud when you’re outside near it but it’s not as loud once you go inside your home. Now I don’t have to worry about a power outage because it can definitely last a while and power quite a bit of things! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a generator that will last you quite a while and something on the cheaper side! ... show more

Just finished unboxing and setup, filled with gas and it started first pull. Very, very easy to pull, I nearly went over backwards pulling like I normally do on my 15 year old Generac 3500xl which I thought pulled easy. It’s easily 5x than the Generac. I’d dare say it’s within a few decibels of my Firman 3650 inverter, quite impressive. 50’ from my house and I cannot hear it over my woodstove crackling. Seems to run very smoothly so far. Quality construction. So far I’d say this is a steal at the price! Update 1/22/25: love this thing, run about 15 tanks of gas through it so far. Starts first pull nearly every time, 2 at most if it’s real cold 15°f and lower. 16 hour run time powering 60” tv, tower fan and 20amp battery charger. Kuerig and 12amp angle grinder barely make it stumble. Love it ... show more
