The media could not be loaded. I was scared to order something online this big and not sure how it would feel or anything because this is something you normally want to test out first! But omg this couch is so nice all boxes came together in same day only 5 days after purchase!! Came in 6 boxes all wrapped well and secure .. all the reviews I seen didn’t say they have kids so we will see how the quality hold up with 3 kids and a huge dog ! Instructions suck but easy to build has 6 power plugs , Bluetooth speaker is really good for a couch , I bought the 4 piece so the are different colors around the cup holders while laid down not a huge deal, kids love the massagers it’s just a louder vibration but they fight over them I couldn’t post a video of the sound of them cause I can only post 1 video but they are a little noisy not terrible but can hear it come on in other room but I have a wood floor so maybe that makes it louder , the small lumps are the massagers for legs I don’t really feel them but they are located where my hand is, overall this couch is amazing so far time with tell how sturdy it is against kids but arms lock in with medal brackets but when kids lean over it moves a little so it worries me but all medal brackets that slide in and snap together, led lights built in so only have to hit the bottom on the armrest to turn on, overall I’m excited I got it everyone I have sent it to or came over and seen it says wow that’s fancy! I received this in 4 boxes 2 at a time. I was very pleased with how well they were packaged and how super simple it was to put together by myself. It is a very nice couch. Our Class A Motorhome has a door opening of 23.75" wide and this Recliner Sofa fit through the door easily. The area of the slide out is 77" wide and 33" deep. It fit but 33" depth I consider the minimum needed. The statement "RV recliner only requires 1 inch from the wall to fully recline" is misleading. The frame needs to 12"-16" from the wall. It needs 5 electrical outlets, so we used a power strip. Very easy to assemble. I am very happy with the quality. We enjoy it more than the jack-knife sofa it replaced. ... show more

The more I use this, I find more about it. I don’t like that everything, not tied down , ends up stuck in crevices and also on the floor behind the sofa. It isn’t that easy to move the sofa away from the wall and get into and under it to retrive lost items. It is pretty comfortable and cleans well.since this is my first try at recliners of any sort for myself, maybe I’m expecting too much. Definitely not a 15 minute build. I love the idea of it but next time I will know a little more what to look for. ... show more

We bought both the loveseat and the matching couch in blue leatheraire and received all 8 boxes over a three day period. We full-time in our RV so asked the URRED company if they would deliver during a certain period of time. They said “yes” they would work with us on a date. This enabled us to buy the furniture and we gave the company lead time in an effort to help them. We are overjoyed with the furniture. It fits in our RV perfectly, looks very nice and well-made and is very comfortable. Thr seats are firm, yet comfortable. The massage and heat from the foot to the shoulders is very nice. The Bluetooth and speakers on the console work well. The lights are a uniquely fun feature. These are truly wall huggers! The company was always prompt in answering our questions and informing us of shipment info. They worked with us and did a great job providing information. We are very happy with this purchase… so much so that we showed it to our friends and now they are considering buying an identical set for their RV. ... show more

This piece of furniture is deceptively bargain basement quality. My console on the loveseat blew, and made two large bangs. After that, the “furniture” went to hell. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT’S TRYING TO DO TOO MUCH AT A CHEAP PRICE POINT. Mine lasted a little over the A to Z guarantee, so pretty much after that, you have to deal with the seller directly. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. After politely asking for a refund, they decided to just send me the part that blew, without my permission. I told them I didn’t want the part. Just a refund. Now I have even more of a loveseat in my house that I don’t want. I am physically challenged. How am I supposed to do this alone? The kicker is that they offered me like 50 dollars to get it fixed. Unacceptable. We all know that even that amount of money won’t cover a cost to fix something like this. After calling and calling Amazon and them telling me they will resolve the issue, I was told that a refund could be given if I pack up the items in the original packaging. 😆 So, a physically challenged person is going to do this? Plus, in the original boxing that’s been gone from my house for at least a month? I’d avoid doing business with these clowns at all cost. The sad thing is, they are hiding behind a 2 month warrantee. Impressed so far. This loveseat recliner has more features than more established brands that cost twice as much. Assembly went pretty much as expected and everything works. My wife and I had talked about a loveseat recliner for our travel trailer for a couple of years, and we are not disappointed. A major selling point is that it requires so little clearance from the wall. The only caveat is there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to secure it to the floor of our trailer, but I will figure something out if it becomes necessary. The true test will be durability.
