I bought this URLIFE bike for my 14-year-old to ride to school and around the neighborhood with his friends, and it has been one of the best purchases I made so far. I looked at different e-bikes for teens and adults, and this one stood out for its long battery range with a 1000W motor. The compact size and the price are the factors that I think you can't beat for what you get. The bike came well-packaged, and the assembly process was quite easy. Most of the parts are together already, so I had it up and running the same day. My son was able to hop on and ride it right away. One thing to note: the removable battery makes charging so much more convenient since we just bring it inside instead of hauling the whole bike indoors. He said he has fun riding, feels stable and smooth, even on the sidewalks or rough roads. It looks like the suspension did a good job of absorbing the bumps, and the tires give good traction and stability. It does not feel like a cheap-made product from where I can see: the seat, handlebar, and the bike frame. The battery has plenty of power for his daily commuting and tackling hills, but it is still easy for him to handle it. The battery life was one of the factors why I like this bike, as it delivers its promises. We ride to school, around town, and on weekend rides. We rarely have to recharge, and the range performance is on point. I also appreciated the multiple riding modes and the LED display which let him adjust the speed and assistance level easily. After all, safety is the first priority. The brake is sensitive, which helps with better control and avoiding any accident, so overall it feels very safe and reliable so far. The perfect frame not only works for my son, but also for me as an adult. It has a modern, sporty look without being oversized or bulky like some other e-bikes. What a fantastic bike for the money. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one really earned it. Every part feels high-quality, and the whole thing is built like a tank. Seriously, VERY solid. I got this for myself as a daily commuter, and it’s been a game changer. The controls are super intuitive, and the dual suspension makes even rough roads feel smooth. You can ride it like a normal pedal bike, full e-bike, or mix it up with pedal assist. The best part? You can dial in the top speed by adjusting the assist level, so it's perfect for both casual cruising and zippy trips. The frame size fits me perfectly, but my 5'1" partner also hopped on and felt comfortable. Most importantly, I actually look forward to riding this every day!!

The bike arrived looking great out of the box. While assembling, I noticed a few very small paint chips, nothing major, but enough that I wanted to mention it. After I put everything together and took it for the first ride, I realized the brakes were rubbing a bit and the stopping didn't feel smooth. Not terrible, but clearly not right. I reached out to URLIFE customer service. They didn't give me the runaround or make me send the whole bike back. Instead, they walked me through a video diagnosis, asked me to check a few things on the brake calipers and rotor alignment, and quickly identified that one of the brake parts had a minor defect. They immediately sent out a replacement brake assembly with clear installation instructions, no charge, no hassle. A few days later, the parts arrived. I swapped them out in about 20 minutes (I'm not a bike expert, but their video guide made it easy). Now the brakes are smooth, quiet, and stop confidently. No shaking, no lunging, just solid performance. Since then, I've put about 30 miles on the bike. The dual suspension is comfortable, the battery lasts a good long while, and my kid (and I) ride it almost every day. Update: I just want to add that URLIFE followed up a week later to make sure everything was working fine. The bike itself is great value, but knowing they'll actually help you if something goes wrong? That's what made me write this.

I'm a college student and I got the bike to get around campus, and it's been a game-changer. I can go from one end of campus to the other in minutes without breaking a sweat, and parking is never an issue. The compact size is perfect for weaving through crowds and fitting into bike racks that are always packed. The motor has plenty of power, even when I'm carrying a heavy backpack full of textbooks, it handles hills without struggling. The battery life is impressive too; I ride it every day and only need to charge it once or twice a week. And because the battery is removable, I just pop it out and charge it in my dorm room. One thing I really like is the under-seat storage compartment—it's lockable and perfect for stashing my phone, keys, or a small lock. The LED display is clear and easy to read, and the headlight is bright enough for riding at night. The fat tires and dual suspension make the ride super smooth, even on the crappy brick pathways they have all over campus. The only downside? It weighs about 73 pounds, so carrying it up to my third-floor apartment is a workout. But honestly, for the price and performance, I can't complain. If you're a student looking for a reliable, fun, and practical way to get around, the bike is a solid choice.

I bought this e‑bike for my son's 14th birthday, and I haven't seen him this excited since he got his first game console. The box arrived two days early, and to my relief, it came almost completely put together. The whole thing took me about 45 minutes while watching the video link on the product page. No special tools needed, and the instructions were crystal clear. My son is 5'4'' and still growing, and the seat goes high enough that he'll be able to ride it for years. He takes it to school every morning, it's a 3‑mile trip each way, and he says it's the highlight of his day. The throttle gives him a nice boost when he's running late, but he mostly uses pedal assist level 1, which keeps him at a safe speed on the bike path. What really sold me was the build quality. The frame is sturdy but not overly heavy, and the front suspension smooths out the cracks in our old neighborhood roads. The headlight is bright enough for early morning rides, and the horn. well, he uses it to say hi to his friends, which is adorable. Customer service even sent a follow up email to check if everything was okay. That's the kind of care that makes me want to buy another one for my younger daughter when she turns 12.

I received my bike, and excited to take it out for its first ride! Shipping was right on time, and the box arrived in excellent condition. Everything was packed securely with plenty of foam, so the bike made it through shipping without a scratch. The assembly instructions are clear, detailed, and easy to follow. It also came with the tools needed. The tires feel sturdy and well-made, with a nice thick tread that gives them a quality feel. I 'm also a big fan of the matte black finish, it looks much more premium than I expected. Overall, I think this bike offers outstanding value for the power and performance it delivers.

Got this e-bike for my son and it’s been a total win. Putting it together was no headache, pretty much just attach a few things and go. I was a little worried about the fit since he’s still growing, but the size worked out perfectly for him right now. He’s out for riding every single day, we’re only plugging it in to charging about every two days or so. That tells me the battery does its job. Showed up sooner than the date they gave me. Overall, no complaints. My son loves it, and that’s what matters.
