Love the bike, I am 4 ft 11 and 62 years old and the bike fits me perfectly. No issues thus far, rode it multiple times already up to 5 miles each time. Appearance is great, love the look beefy & tough. Quality so far is good no issues that we have found, assembly was not bad at all with 2 people.

It is great bike to be honest, it is very fast! Great acceleration. The headlight could be brighter. It is very easy to set sup for one person just following the instructions. It is sturdy and powerful and perfect size for my husband and also n works for everyone in my family. Very comfortable to ride including the seat. My husband told me he have gone for over 25 miles and it wasn’t dead yet. Climbing hills is not a problem. The price is worth it. I'm giving this ebike four of five stars because it was extremely awkward to assemble and the manual directions were confusing on some assembly processes and parts. I'm a firm believer that they should include extra hardware for assembly assistance in case of some hardware being lost or misplaced. Furthermore more descriptive assembly instructions would be a good benefit. But after getting past the assembly headaches I recommend that you take a good portion of the day to learn the ins and outs of operating the ebike safety and to insure the assembly was successful. The Allen wrenches supplied seem inadequate for complete tightening of the handle bar. Which means when you test drive the ebike use caution when using front brake because if the handle bar bolts are not completely tightened you will unfortunately push the handle bar forward and possibly fall forward from the ebike. So I stress make sure all parts are bolted securely. The ebike looks great when assembled and the size is adequate for adults over 6 feet tall because of the seat adjustment. My son is 6 ft 6 inches tall and 240 pounds and the ebike works good for his size. Obviously this model doesn't fold so storage is standard 10 speed bike overall size of space required. When charging the battery please set a timer on your phone for 4 to 5 hours in duration on your phone or clock so you don't over charge the battery. So far this is a very good quality product and purchase. Thank you if you follow my advice and review you should be okay with assembling process and operating. Use YouTube assembly instructions to compliment the assembly manual recommended. ... show more

This bike is AMAZING! I had my doubts after a horrible 2 month long battle with another seller I finally got a refund for the lemon actbest apex they sold me. However, I have to give respect where respect is due! This bike is absolutely perfect! It's got some serious get-up to it too! Easily hits 30 and my roommate had it at 45mph!
