This bag is SO gorgeous in person! I thought my Motts, Chelsea, and Brooklyns had a beautiful slouch and richness when worn in — but this bag is even more so. It is like various shades of melted dark chocolate, depending on the lighting. It really is so indulgent looking ~ I adore the versatility with all the strap options, too! They can all also be tucked away, inside, as needed — yes, even the luggage handles! My one issue is, unfortunately, why I cannot keep the bag — for my needs, the bag’s capacity is less than what I was needing (I already have similar bags that have a comparable capacity), so I’ll instead repurchase the size 40 (or empire 48). Amazing. I was so happy to catch this in stock, it been a hard find. Also, glad it was Maple instead of Black. Please know the other reviews are also correct the color you see is what you get. This is an absolutely stunning bag. The quality, the color, the suede material and slouch are astounding. I took off a star because although it was factory wrapped it did have one small blemish on the suede. Nothing worth returning, as this will happen over time. It fits so much, while allowing you to keep things accessible and organized. This is a bag that can be dressed up or dressed down. With the 3 options for carry it's very versatile. Although pricey the craftsmanship is worth the cost. Just add suede protectant and you're good to go. Buy the bag! ... show more

Beautiful bag and I do love it. Unfortunately it was damaged upon receiving. I didn’t return because they are sold out everywhere. I have able to use a suede maintenance kit to make the damage less noticeable but it is still there unfortunately.

The price is ridiculous! The size is very deceptive there is not much room inside compared to the size. It's pretty but the design is terrible. I don't know what Coach designers were thinking. It also does not hang properly when the cross boy strap is used . The look of it had potential but the center zip compartment is tiny. And the other outer side compartments are not very secure. The magnetics do not hold well at all. Over all I was really disappointed. Very sad , I had high hopes for this purchase. Having always loved Coach ... show more

This is my first Coach purse, but the prices was so good I could not resist. The craftsmanship and materials feel like a significant step up, and I can see why so many people are willing to invest in a Coach bag. Besides the fabric, the sewing, magnetic clasps, and zipper are very high quality. I almost didn’t buy it because on my less expensive purses, those areas often become weak points and eventually tear through the material, or the metal gives out. I am also the type that doesn’t like open pockets on my purses so I almost passed on this. But once it came in I really evaluated the seamwork and quality of the leather and hardware, and realized this is so well made I feel that the wear and tear I always experience won’t be an issue. I am keeping my rating a 5 star because the only thing I am not thrilled with the design of the side pockets, but I know that is a personal preference/ The side pockets look great, but each pocket is held closed by only a single, (very strong magnet) rather than a zipper. So if the bag tips anything stored there risks falling out, or someone can easily slip their hand in those gaps and grab anything out before I would notice. Making them good for low cost things like tissues, and mints. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. ... show more
