I bought this to use in my semi-truck for my dog. It has a large capacity, between 1/2 - 3/4 gallon, but I only fill it about 3/4 of the way. Doing so allows it to resist splashing and spilling and yet gives my dog plenty of water to drink through the day, as well, it's easy to refill and see when it needs a refill. It seems sturdy so far, and I haven't had to do much in the way of cleaning yet, but it seems fairly simple. I highly recommend this solution to pet owners that want their pets have water inside a moving vehicle without a mess. It's foot print is a bit large to my liking, but it also makes it hard to flip etc. Great product!

This is a great product. We have a young hound mix with a baggy mouth and a senior shepherd mix that is a few cards short of a deck and has always feared water bowls. Both dogs love this dish, and warmed up to it right away. It's impossible to communicate the relief we felt when the senior dog was heard happily lapping up water after a lifetime of various tricks to keep her hydrated. Also impossible to communicate the joy of just a few drips falling from the hound dog's drooping maw, rather than the twin rivers that once cascaded out and painted our floor, couch, and pants (that just came out of the wash) with drool. Easy to set up, easy to clean, easy to refill. Ten outta five stars.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how well this works. I have two labs who are very messy drinkers. My kitchen floor was often covered with water and a slip hazard. I got this bowl hoping it would help a little. My dogs are forced to slow down to drink from this dish, no splashing and no waking away with a mouth full of water to drop on the floor. The only drips I still notice are from their lips dripping- a huge improvement from before. My younger dog did paw at it, trying to figure out how to get the top of, but after a few corrections he’s left it alone.

Love this water bowl. Bought 2 for our 5 dogs. Mainly for our Gernan Shepard that would leave trails of water everywhere. This bowl does exactly what it advertises. There are still a few drops but no more pools of water on the floor. I was also excited to find that this works great for our maltipoo who is flat nosed. After drinking water there is no more choking. We had a tilted water bowl for him but he would still choke. This product is fantastic and would highly recommended for your flat nosed dog. It did take our dogs about a day to figure it out. I will never go back to a regular or tilted water bowl.

I have a year old bull terrier and when he drinks water he would make a mess and sometimes flip his bowl. Now there's no mess and he has to drink at a better pace because before he would drink so fast that he would throw up now he is good and the product works as it says

My dog makes such a mess when drinking that I wanted to try this bowl to give my mop a break. Unfortunately, my dog decided to flip the bowl upside down, spill ALL the water inside, and drink from the floor. That being said, my dog is a butthead! She’s also a giant breed and STRONG. Perhaps a smaller dog would not be able to flip it - the design itself is good and I can see how it would help with water dripping out of a dog’s mouth.

I bought this bowl with low expectations because my dog is a very sloppy drinker. She managed to get more water out of her bowl than in her mouth and the floor around her bowl could have supported a family of goldfish. But this miracle of innovation has completely changed all that. Now my floor is dry and I’m not having to refill her bowl several times a day. She had no trouble at all learning how to drink out of it. So worth the money!

This works great for my Golden. He has a pretty bad gag reflux and would choke after gulping down water. Also does not fully swallow after a drink leaving a big mess after his drink. This has helped so much with both issues! 😃
