This is a sturdy walker, but it is massive in size. I was delayed finding someone to assemble it, only to find out that the size and weight of it are not compatible for my needs. Now the window to return it has passed. I will need to sell if. I am now looking for a lighter product.

There were no assembly instructions included in the package. There were pieces missing. There's no customer service number listed on Sunderwell's website. The only way to contact them is by submitting a form on their website. I've submitted the form twice and no one's contacted me. I don't know about the quality of the product since I haven't been able to use it because of the missing parts. Don't count on getting customer support from them.

If you have a loved one that tires easily, this is the perfect walker/wheelchair combo. I got it for my sister that struggles with walking long distances but enjoys going out. She can walk for short distances and then I can push her the rest of the time. I love the fact that with this walker, when I need to push her, she can sit facing forward instead of most walkers where she would have to be pushed backwards.

Some of the reviews say it comes assembled. IT DOES NOT!! Assembly was a little difficult because there is no clear indication of left/right or front/back on parts or in instructions. I made a few mistakes in assembly and had to back-track a few times. The bolt/nut to connect the push handles to the frame is too short to connect when assembled according to instructions. I will need to go to a hardware store to get something else to finish assembly. I have no idea where the m-shaped clip goes. Guess I'll hold onto it and figure it out later? After all of that, I do like the walker. It will work as-is, and I really needed one.

I had high hopes, but was sorely disappointed. It came with 8” wheels, not the 10” (9.75”) wheels as promised in the description. As a result, it isn’t stable when it comes to a bump or crack in the sidewalk ~ it wants to tip over forward. No response from the manufacturer when asked how it could be resolved. Larger wheels aren’t an option because of the design of the bracket that holds the wheel. I’m 94 and walk 6k steps every day, except Sunday. I wish it had worked out. Back to my normal Rollator. Very disappointed.

Dangerous walker. It easily turns over forward. Now they won't take it back although I had a fall. I missed their return date by a couple of days, but I think since it caused me to have an accident they should reconsider.

Very easy to transport as compared to other upright walkers it was a little harder to assemble but I still did it myself it was also missing a knob but I replaced it with one I got at Lowe’s. And you need a few security ties to hold the cables in place.
