You need these if you want to attach the mesa or bassinet to the lower setting on the vista V 2. I wish so much that uppababy had made the rumble seat go into these adapters as well. It’s very annoying to switch not only the seats but adapters each time I want to swap who goes on too and bottom

    • Photos Are Not Accurate.
I purchased this hoping to use the toddler seat that came with the stroller on the lower adapter. I thought that was what was shown in the photo on this listing. Turns out, that photo doesn’t even show the lower adapter or the toddler seat. That is the Rumble Seat which is its own separate product, which doesn’t even require lower adapters to use. These adapters did work for the bassinet and Mesa, but if why would I want to put the infant baby in the bottom front of the stroller? I’m returning this to buy the Rumble seat (which is different than the toddler seat that comes with the stroller). The whole thing is confusing to me and I feel like a lot of the photos UppaBaby shares lead people to believe the toddler seat can be used in the front because the toddler seat and Rumble seat look pretty much identical. ... show more

    • Too many parts
So it’s easy to put this together into the stroller. But it’s not until I realized I also need to get the upper adapter to put the seat on the upper level. The lower adapter isn’t enough to put two seats in the stroller. The stroller itself already costs 1k and now I need pay more for attachments. If I knew this from beginning I would’ve never purchase this stroller set. Do not recommend!! Also the parts are so flimsy- you can easily break it if I was doing it too hard. I already broke the part that keeps the stroller together when folded. That latch can be easily broken if you are not careful. So be careful when putting their parts together! ... show more

    • Easy to install + convert into a double stroller
The media could not be loaded. These stroller adapters are very straight forward and easy to install/use. Converting my stroller into a double stroller was so simple! I am able to utilize the bassinet and rumble seat for my toddler and infant. Love uppababy so much! So convenient & great quality.

Great quality and fairly simple to use. I bought without first opening the rumble seat box (which comes with its own adapters) and this lower adapter does not work with the rumble seat or with the toddler seat - so the lower “level” has to be either the rumble seat (with its own adapters), car seat or bassinet. Didn’t do the research beforehand but will be keeping nonetheless to have the configuration options. ... show more

It does NOT fit the rumble seat. The rumble seat comes with its own lower adapters so you only need to buy this if you want to put the car seat or the bassinet on the bottom.
