I’ve had this seat for a few weeks now. My son loves it. I upgraded from a 360 seat and honestly I don’t even miss the 360 feature on the other one. It’s super easy to get him into it and you can just tell it’s way more comfortable. The straps don’t twist (something that kept happening with my old seat), and it feels very secure. It was super easy to get installed, didn’t take me more than 5 minutes. It’s not slim by any means but it fits fine in my Honda HR-V. You would only be able to fit two in a small car. ... show more

As you know, there are a ton of convertible car seats on the market. From the value priced ones to the expensive Uppababy or Nuna brands, you really get what you pay for. This car seat is expensive and on the higher end of the car seat brands. However, quality and sturdiness is apparent in the Rove. This car seat is made out of high-quality, nontoxic, or chemically treated fabric. It is extra padded for the child and very comfortable. You can read all the basic safety feature on the website but every clasp and latch clicks with quality and durability. Like uppababy, the system to install the car seat is very easy. I used the YouTube video to install the seat and have the assurance of an install indicator built into the base to know it’s installed properly (rear or forward facing). It installs snuggly and tight in the car. Although this is a full size car seat for your child, it is compact. It doesn’t take up all the room in my Lexus RZ SUV. Comparing to the Knox, which I also have for my other vehicle (Lexus TX), it is slightly smaller and fits in my smaller vehicle better. This car seat has less wobble and feels more secure than the Knox. The only negative (why 4/5 stars) yet quickly resolved by Uppababy support team, was that the fabric was installed improperly at the factory. It didn’t allow the cup holder to sit securely and caused the seat the buckle at the seam. The support team sent me a video to take off the fabric and reinstall it. This resolved the problem. However, for such an expensive seat, I expected better manufacturing. As loyal customers having the whole stroller and car seat set, I highly recommend this car seat. Amazing car seat and super easy to use! My 4 month old baby felt too crammed in his other car seat. He’s so much more comfortable in this, he’s about 17lb. Less crying in the car and it looks and feels so safe and easy to clean! Definitely recommend!
