I love this car seat so much and so does my baby! The weight alone makes such a huge difference, especially postpartum when you’re carrying a baby, diaper bag, and everything else. It’s incredibly lightweight but still feels really high quality and secure. I’ve used heavier infant seats before and this one is so much easier on my back and shoulders. The fabric feels super luxury, the handle is comfortable to carry, and installation was straightforward. I ended up switching to this seat after my baby hated our other one because she got so hot in it. We don't have that problem with this one. After extensive research I decided to buy this car seat and let me tell you I don’t regret this purchase one bit. This car seat is extremely light weight which is awesome when you have to lug around a baby. The look of this car seat is also really sleek & luxurious. My baby also looks very comfortable in it and doesn’t complain one bit when putting him in the car seat. The installation was also pretty self explanatory & somewhat easy especially if you have experience installing car seats. I love the add ons as well it comes with a cover for the colder weather which has definitely come in handy. It has breathing holes in the back as well which gives me so my comfort knowing my baby is getting air circulation in the car seat. The sunshade is also great because it comes all the way down and that is super convenient & not common in most car seats. I feel like my baby is very safe in this car seat & I get a lot of peace of mind knowing I made this purchase. ... show more

At first we got the Mesa version and it just did not work for us and baby did not sit right in it. We tried the Aria and it’s a game changer. So comfy for my baby and it’s lightweight. Highly recommend:)

I was debating splurging on this just for the new features but I’m glad I did!! I’m due in December and really think the foot cover will be great for winter! With the extended shade and foot cover on you can completely cover them up. Also fits perfectly on the Vista V3 and Minu V3 with adapters! This is an amazing infant car seat if the price point works for you. We've used several different brands and models, and this is definitely the best in every way, which I feel it SHOULD be seeing the price point. Weight - so incredibly light. I thought 8 pounds was a miracle but this comes in at 6 pounds without losing out on the sturdiness of materials. Ease of installation - I had never used one with an extended base but the provided instructions were very helpful. There are so many video tutorials available from UPPAbaby that cuts to the chase of the info you want as well. Features & Design - It has all the standard bells and whistles and improved on a few. - Infant inserts - they snap on and off, rather than having to feed back through various belts - Belt storage - instead of a little opening for the metal parts of the harness to have to go through, there is a wide opening that the whole belt can rest on, which makes it actually usable - Speaking of belts - it has the open to use without the base, and the same felt storage paths can be used to secure the car seat. GENIUS - Canopy - the breathing holes at the back is so simple but helpful, which makes the full closure functionality that much more useful. I used to hate closing it all the way on other models because I was worried about air flow. - Security - the base feels very secure, especially with the extension to the floor. I expect no less from this brand and am not disappointed All in all - I have nothing negative to say and only praises. A first time parent will have ZERO regrets since it does everything well. A seasoned parent with opinions maaay want different things, but for me, it meets and exceeds all of our needs. ... show more
