Very easy to assemble, the upholstery could have been better but for the price I mean what do you expect I did have to set up a couple of places where it had come apart but nothing you couldn't handle whoever described this as a great apartment size sofa has a very large apartment the thing that it came apart into four pieces as I had to put it together in different configurations but at the end of the day it looks beautiful and I love it ... show more

Shipped quicker than anticipated, arrived in four separate boxes for each cushion with the legs zipped inside. Easily assembled in 20-30 min. I love the color and the feel of the velvet fabric. The chaise lounge part is interchangeable, you can move it whichever side. The cushions themselves are rather firm, but that’s a chance I took and you get what you pay for. We were very happy and surprised by the quality for the price It is not a super cushy sink in couch, but it is not a rock either. It is comfortable. Initially we received one section with the color labeled incorrectly. The company responded immediately and resolved the problem.

I bought this sectional because I have always wanted an orange couch. The instructions to assemble were simple enough and when we did assemble it, it looked amazing. However, in less than 30 days, the middle section broke. I sent pictures and documentation and requested a refund and that the item be picked up and returned to the manufacturer. They denied my request and have since refused to answer any messages I've sent. Basically, they took my dream couch, and turned it into a nightmare that I can't fix. They have completely ignored me, took my almost $400 and now I'm stuck because without a refund, I can't afford a new couch. Please don't trust them and get yourself into the same situation with poor quality furniture. Shame on this company!! Update: I have been jumping through hoops to get a refund for this sofa, which broke two weeks after purchase and this company has done nothing but give me the runaround and I have just received an email from them saying that if I don’t take my negative review down they won’t give me my refund. I have been approved through Amazon for the refund. I have been approved to the company for the refund. I have sent pictures. I have sent documentation I have done everything they have asked, and now they are threatening to not give me my refund unless I take down their bad review. I don’t believe this is ethical and I plan to take this further in legal action because they are withholding my refund that I am due. I have documentation from them saying that I can have a refund but now they’re threatening to not give it to me unless I take down my review. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s so vibrant and feels firm and comfortable. I studied while sitting on this couch for hours yesterday and felt comfortable the entire time. So easy to assemble too. I just moved too so I’ve been searching everywhere for the perfect couch and I’ve found it ❤️🥹.
