I was honestly impressed with how well this ear wax removal tool works. The 1080P camera is very clear, and being able to actually see inside the ear on the app makes the whole process much easier and safer compared to guessing with regular tools. The connection to my phone was simple, and the picture quality was much better than I expected for the price. The kit also comes with several different ear tips and cleaning tools, which is nice for different needs and comfort levels. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the LEIPUT Ear Wax Removal kit actually works really well. The camera is surprisingly clear, making it easy to see exactly what’s going on instead of just guessing. It was simple to set up, comfortable to use, and definitely feels safer than poking around with cotton swabs. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rubber attachment tips could be a little more durable. I have been very squeamish lately and have avoided products like this since I would be creeped out looking at my eardrum. Well, my left ear was completely clogged up and I couldn’t hear out of it for two weeks! Debrox drops were not helping at all. Well, I was desperate and ran across this device! Setup was extremely easy. Camera was on and app downloaded in 2 minutes, if not less. It was super easy to manage. Well, I looked in my left ear, the clogged one, and could see like a black wall of funk. I didn’t know what my ear drum looked like so I decided to look into my right ear next. I saw my ear drum, which is opaque and silvery looking (can’t miss it), and a big glob of hard earwax sitting in front of it! You can see it on the wipe in the photo. I used the device and it came out easily. I did a little housekeeping in there and moved to the bad ear. I realized that the wall was earwax and you couldn’t see my eardrum at all! So I got to work! 30 minutes later I took so much gunk out from that ear it was ridiculous. I still need to go back in and finish. I can finally see my ear drum now! But some of my wall of earwax is still there. Not the devices fault at all! It is simply because the earwax was so hard that I irritated the canal a bit from scraping against it and trying to drag/scoop the earwax out. I really should have applied some drops to my ear to soften it up a few times before starting but I was impatient to hear. Not going to lie, this is a bit addictive if you have enough cleaning to do in there. I was satisfied! I love watching videos like this and I love that you can record your work! I went back and watched the video several times! Did I mention I’m squeamish? Not anymore! ADVICE: Take your time! It takes a little getting used to to get used to angles etc. I didn’t switch from right ear to left ear, which is an option for the camera view on the app. I kept it on right ear and it worked just fine for me! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! You’ll start to see how you can scoop up the earwax better and can get better camera angles/ a better view inside. I also recommend to not stay in there for too long. I cleaned for like 45 minutes and I don’t recommend that. Now my ear is a little raw inside. I think you can see a small part starting to get red and irritated after awhile. After 15 minutes I would come back and try again another day. If the earwax is hard to get, use some ear drops to loosen it up and come back another day. It’s not worth the irritation inside. I just did this yesterday and left it alone but my ear does have a little pain when yawning, etc. so I’ll let it heal for a week or so before I go back in to finish the job. Again, completely my fault since I was so intrigued by cleaning my ears and very impatient. My earwax in my left ear is right in front of my eardrum if not on top of it a bit. I’m using the drops for awhile to get it to move a little away from it. I don’t want to touch it by accident! I recommend the same! Afterwards you will hear so much better! Things actually seemed almost too loud for me and I had to get adjusted to the louder sounds. I actually jumped once I cleared a little hole of my impacted ear. Once I’m done I can’t imagine how much louder everything will be again! I now realize I don’t think I’ve been hearing right for a couple of years now and wish I had this earlier! I recommend this device to everyone! My right ear was clear but there was still a huge glob of dried earwax in there! Just use it and take a look to make sure everything is clear. You won’t regret it! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to! This is a well-made product! I definitely won’t be sticking Q-tips in my ears anymore and will do some maintenance every few months or so instead. I know you’re not supposed to use them, and I was, so that probably had an effect along with prolonged earphone use!!

Wow. Amazing. Just go easy. Your inner ears are fragile. But now I can see! Into my ear!! Wax not as bad as I thought but you sure can see it all. Old ear drum scars clearly visible. Has innovative floating always-up camera view so you’re never confused. Very intuitive. Does get hot and has to be charged between each use. iPhone app works great but does seem a little sketchy. Maybe best to use on extra phone or tablet if possible.

At +79 years of age I probably have more hearing/ear issues than younger folks. I purchased this Ear Wax Removal unit, read the instructions, charged it up, downloaded the App on my phone and turned it all on. No issues, problems, worries. It works exactly as the AD stated. I receive sharp, clear, color video and am pleased with the images it produces. It takes a little time and effort to learn how to orient the tip inside the ear canal, but after some slow study I've mastered that as well. The accessory with the spring-like end is very effective in capturing ear wax and removing it. Otherwise I use the blue tip on the camera to 'sweep' it out. This unit is necessarily small and obviously the battery would be as well. I've had no concerns about battery life - the App itself warns me at "20%" so I simply recharge it...no worries. Something this small and elegant can't be expected to hold the same charge time as a cell phone, for example. This is a perfect device for exploring one's ears and cleaning them "IF" the owner is patient, reads the directions, goes SLOW (charge the unit the first time BEFORE you use it) then it will perform to expectations. My highest recommendation...buy with confidence. (PS: I'll update this review as time and experience grows).

This ear wax removal tool has a very clear camera and strong magnification, and I have only used it twice so I am still figuring it out. The picture quality is good, but the magnification definitely makes everything inside your ear look bigger or more dramatic than it really is, so normal wax or clean skin can look worse than it actually is. The biggest challenge is the orientation of the camera. The image feels reversed or upside down, almost like a mirror effect, which makes it hard to tell which direction you are moving. It takes patience and practice before the controls start to feel natural. Once you get used to that, the tool becomes much easier to use and the camera does help you see what you are doing. You can also take screenshots and I believe videos while using it, which is helpful if you want to track progress or check something later. The app connects quickly and the live feed is smooth, but the learning curve is real. Overall this is a useful tool with a clear camera and helpful magnification, but expect some confusion at first and be prepared to spend time getting used to the controls. Pros: clear camera, strong magnification, can take screenshots and videos, helpful once you learn it Cons: reversed or upside down view, confusing at first, magnification makes things look worse than they are, takes patience and practice

This is probably one of the best things I’ve ever bought. I’ve had a wax clog in my right ear for the past few days because, you guessed it, Q tips.. Accidentally went a little too deep and pushed the wax to the back of my ear. Tried to get some over the counter wax remover from the store but they were all out. I remembered watching some ear cleaning videos on Youtube and wondered if I could find a little something like the professionals used. I looked on Amazon and this was one of the first things that popped up. Was a little skeptical about it at first but seen the reviews, pictures, and videos so I decided to try it. Lo’ and behold I can hear again. STRONGLY recommend going slow and easy if you do use this tool. Inside of the ear was inflamed near the wax buildup. I do wish the tool was a tad bit thinner around the camera. I don’t know if it’s just because my inner ear is narrow or what but it was a little tricky getting it deep enough to scrape the wax out without rubbing up against the inflammation. I don’t particularly care for how the device uses wifi to connect to the device and your phone, but as long as it works as intended, I reckon I can brush past it. As for the app, really easy to use. I saw a few reviews stating that the device continuously flipped or swapped ears. I had no such issues. It rotated as I twisted it and followed my every move without fail. There is however a very, very slight delay, but it’s not very noticeable. As I stated before, as long as you go slow and steady, you should have no problem while doing your business. I do also recommend watching a professional ear cleaner on Youtube a few times. I know they use a suction tool and a few other tools as well, but you can see how they operate near the back end of the ear. You do not want to accidentally damage the inside of your ear especially since permanent hearing loss can be one of the consequences. Other than that I highly recommend this little device to anyone who uses Q tips or has something in their ear that they need to get out. 10/10 will use again.
