Gave this product and overall experience a ONE STAR, mainly because of Amazon’s horrible pickup/return policy for large items. I have to keep two big boxes that are full of dirt, in my house, until Amazon picks them a week later. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Delivery - both chairs arrived in horribly damaged boxes. Chairs were both damaged with black marks. Overall appearance of chairs - they are a very small scale. My wife is 5’4 130lbs and it’s a small chair for her. Fine if that’s what you’re looking for. Comfort is fine. Color is a neutral beige. A customers review photo looked white and she ordered the same as we did, with a different stitching. Very confusing. The pillows are attached, so once they are used, there is no sprucing them up over time. ... show more

We bought 2 and then 2 more. The fabric color matched, which was a pleasant surprise. The hidden wheels are a very nice feature. We've been using these daily for 6 months now and they haven't worn a bit, or sagged. Part of this may be because the fabric is sewn into one piece, meaning that the seat cushion and back cushion are actually not separatable from the seat body. You can't tell from looking, which is a nice feature since we never have to straighten things or turn pillows over. The fabric does hold some heat, which can be a little bothersome in the summer, but no worse than leather except the fabric might be a bit rough on bare skin for some tastes. No problem removing them from custom built box. No assembly required, just remove packing material. ... show more

The quality that you’re hoping for especially for the price is what you’re going to get! The fabric and pure build alone is beautiful!! My guest love the color , texture and the rollable design as do I. These dinning chairs are going to do exactly what I needed them to do for my home design by adding that touch of green throughout my home. The shipping was not good thru UPS with the chairs coming on different days and no tracking for the 2nd chair. They were SUPER hard to assemble with my licensed contractor son. They have a slipcover which takes herculian strength to get on the chair after you spend a half hour figuring out how to put it on with terrible instructions. NEVER AGAIN...HOME GOODS has the same chairs cheaper and already assembled. Do yourself a favor and buy them there, if at all. ... show more
