You know what I’m very shocked at the quality of this bike my 12 year old son has been riding all day and the battery hasn’t hit half dead yet. The assembly wasn’t too bad to put together it was just heavy and awkward. I weigh 220lbs and felt like it had plenty of power and the speed and performance of the bike was perfect. Just racked over 100 miles on it, great and fun. Simple assemble as well, just the handbar, foot peddles, and front wheel. Owners manual was a little difficult to see at times but use off common sense solved that. The box comes with the necessary tools for assembly as well so that was handy. Small heads up if it gets cold where you live, the cold affects the breaks especially when just starting after letting it sit in the cold. ... show more

The bike stopped working at had several error codes immediately after putting it together. Son wasn't even able to use it. Tried to reach out to them had had very intermittent responses with no real clarification on what they would do. They said they would send out part 2 weeks later. They didn't say what part. I told them it was likely the controller and motor as that is what the research shows for both of those error codes. Check this company out under the BBB. ... show more

The assembly was straight forward, and the bike quality is fantastic. The Grand Kids loved riding them all over our huge lease in Central Texas. The bikes were used off the gravel roads and taken across the rough areas without any mechanical issues. We are very pleased with these electric bikes.

Great build solid seems, solid welds. The shock is a bit small. Even the upgraded shock is kind of a joke. It has little travel. But seems to do the job decently. 300lbs rider no problem. It's weight is but you would expect for really light moped so keep that in mind.

The media could not be loaded. Within 1 month of normal use, motor stopped working. Pedal assist/throttle no longer drive the bike and the motor makes a loud grinding/rattling noise when activated. Unsafe/inoperable. No modifications, disassembly, or abuse. Returning as defective/does not work for full refund. ... show more
