I start off by saying that I am a very picky person. In the past three years I have gone through more headsets than I can even keep track of. I was searching for a new one when I came across this beauty. It was not the cheapest or the most expensive but a great price in the middle. Then I started to read all of the features and my interest was peaked even more. I thought to myself, what the heck, if it is not what they say I will return it, the beauty of Amazon. I bought the headset and from the moment tarried I was in love with it. The sleek design going over both ears, the clarity of the sound even with the noise cancelling feature and the way that it fit me was beautiful. I then proceed to make call with it, both on my desktop and on my phone. The sound quality was excellent on both ends as I have had complaints in the past and everyone agreed that it was crisp and clear. Now I'm happy but I decided to keep using it for several days tomato sure that it was not just a spur of the moment type impression. As each day passed I liked the unit more and more. I then let my daughter and girlfriend try the unit and they also loved it. It has been a week now and I can say with all honesty that this headset is perfect for me and hence I am writing this review to tell the world about it. I do not write many reviews but when I do it is either because it is an excellent product that I will gladly buy more of as gifts and emergency for me or it is garbage and I warn the buyers not to touch the item.     • Wonderful Wireless Headset for Computer
I have been using a wired headset for my computer for quite sometime, as I've had bad luck with the wireless ones (not connecting, bad battery life, needing to adjust settings between different applications, etc.). I had given up for a while, but decided to give it another shot. And I'm glad I did. This is exactly what I was looking for. Setup was a breeze (I just used bluetooth, as opposed to the USB dongle that was also an option). After configuring it once on my system, the apps I used (Zoom, slack, screen recording, etc.) all work very reliably. My one concern was that the mute button is actually on the tip of the mic, so it might be very noisy if I pressed that button, but I tested and the person I spoke with said there was minimal noise. I believe if I used the USB dongle, the big button on the speaker could be used for this purpose, and the apps all have a mute button as well, so it hasn't been an issue. I have used various headsets for Teams and Zoom calls (AirPods Pro 2, Soundcore Q30, Logitech wired headset, etc.). While the logitech one was a cheap one, the people on the side could hear me the best due to the extended mic. While the fancy noise cancellation is all good, nothing beats the good old external/extended mic that is right in front of your mouth. This time, I needed a wireless headset with the external/extended mic, and this one was the perfect solution for that. What mattered most to be was that the people that I am talking to me can clearly hear me. This headset is comfortable, and people can hear me loud and clear. Soothielect is a brand that I was not familiar with, but they make a great headset. It also came with a charging stand which made this product even better. For listening to music, I am sure there are many good headsets our there. However, for work, I don't know if there is a better deal than this. ... show more
