This is just as good as the store bought dental guards. I had one professionally done by a dentist that fitted horribly so I prefer the "make your own dental guards". For the price, it's a great deal because you get two. I had to do the fitting process twice because it didn't fit right the first time. Next time, I will bite really hard during step 3. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons: #1- the case is kinda small and hard to open. #2 - For step #5, I had to pry the mouthguard off of the tray, I was afraid I was going to break it, luckily I didn't. Other then that, I'd definitely buy it again.

This mouth guard was easy to make and fit my mouth well. It took some getting used to to sleep with bc of its thickness I had to sleep with my mouth open or I would gag myself but it’s better than chipping my teeth. I had one from the dentist and I used to wake up gagging so this one works just as good if not better as the one you get from the dentist. Hint- make sure the water is boiling when you put the mold in. Hot water won’t do. So boiling water into a bowl, dip it under with a spoon for for 2 min, take it out let it sit for 5 sec, bite down for 40-50 sec and dunk it in ice water for about a min and you are good to go. The directions come with it explain all of this. Plus you get 2 tries incase you have 2 grinders in the house or you mess up one.

I used to have a custom night guard but after a while it got old. So I decided to try those that you can make at home. Although it took me a while to find a good one. I’m glad I found this brand, it’s easy to make and It stays all night in my mouth. it’s thick enough and comfortable. The box comes with two different sizes. I’m very happy with this purchase. Make sure to follow all the steps. I have the feeling it’s going to last me long.

The instructions are good. The mouth guard itself is smaller that I expected and kept dropping from my teeth. Had to bite to keep it in place which is what I was trying to get away from, biting down. To open the case I had to use a screwdriver and wedge it open. I'm guessing that with time it will become easier, too bad it's not returnable.

This mouth guard was easy to mold - you have to let the water come to a complete full on boil, otherwise it doesn’t get soft enough ( it took me two tries, but once it was the right temperature it was very easy to mold). For a mouth guard it is pretty comfortable - better than I thought it would be! It is softer than expected too, which is a plus, as I have read about others that people say are hard plastic.

I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product. It arrived in a timely manner and all parts were included in the package. It was an affordable price for a functional product. There was a bit of a learning curve adjusting the bite impression for maximum comfort and ultimately, the mouthguard was difficult to remove from the tray once cooled. The challenge with removing the mouthguard from the tray arose from the guard silicone pushing through the vents in the tray, causing it to “lock onto” it. I had to coax it out slowly and snip some of the protruding silicone before removing the device. All in all, this inexpensive option serves the same purpose as $400 professional dental night guard. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

This is the best product I've ever had. I was able to fit Perfectly on my teeth and I never have any problems. Since plus the mouth guard was able to protect my teeth from grinding my teeth.
