This fits my airwrap perfectly, works very well to give a nice blow-out with great volume to my medium-long hair. I don’t have the name brand version of the bigger barrel, so I can’t compare. But this dries my hair faster than the other attachments I have. I like that it doesn’t have the bottle-brush bristles like the smaller Dyson barrel. It doesn’t get too hot, and I think it will last. I have purchased other “dupe” attachments and this is much better quality than others I have purchased. The only downside is that there was ann odor (almost like cigarettes) the first 2 times I used it. The smell seems to have gone away after a few uses. I love this attachment!! My original round brush attachments bristles were bent and not preforming as when it was new. This is excellent!!! The quality is better than I could’ve imagined. The bristles don’t budge at all. And it’s also cheaper than an original attachment!!

I am not someone who writes reviews often, but I had to for this product. I LOVE this brush. I really struggled to use the round brush that came with the Dyson Airwrap - my hair is fine (and I have a lot of it) and it would always get tangled in that brush. I also wanted something larger. Enter this product. It has thick plastic bristles, is quite large, and fit perfectly into my airwrap. One note - if you are someone who does a lot of fancy hair styling, this may not be for you. I did attempt a more aggressive curl and my hair did get a bit tangled, but that could have been user error on my part. 10/10 recommend. ... show more

Best addition to my Dyson Airwrap. My hair is dry and wavy, and this larger, round brush helps tremendously if I want to straighten it quickly. 100% recommended. Very similar to the original accessories, it is very easy to set up and use. I considered it a great value for its price.
