So far so good, was hesitant to purchase given no reviews had been published but after watching it be assembled its design helped make me feel it would be a good purchase. Overall parts are solid very well built, sturdy and exactly what you would want. The black enclosure material is perfect being sorta thick and brings the already rigid frame even more sturdy. The impact screen is amazing having played multiple rounds of golf teeing off just 8ft away, very minimal bounce back once ball hits and lands on a rug I have that comes out little over 5ft from screen. Balls hit extremely low and miss screen pop the velcro rather than tear the material which is nice, just reattach and stop hitting low lol. If your on the fence hope this review helps would definitely buy this again. My first golf sim I have set up but imagine this is exactly what you get in the expensive all in one sim kits from major online retailers, given it does exactly what you want it to and confident that it will hold up for a very long time.

Enclosure is exactly as described. Easy to install. Blackout curtains seem fairly cheap, but this is also the cheapest option on Amazon currently, so that is tu be expected. I will see how it holds up over time.

See the videos. I am pretty pleased with this simulator. IT IS BIG!!!! Make sure you have the room, AND the hieight for this!! I was placing this in my new game room upstairs but it is toooooooo BIGG!!! for the room. So, I will have to make it smaller. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble by myself. You don't need any tools (which is fantastic) just a step ladder or step stool, and patience. It was super easy, easy instructions and minimal parts. All fit well with the exception of one corner which did not have a pre-drilled hole in it. I compared it to others and it is the same for about half the price! If you are looking to get one of these, THIS IS THE ONE TO GET!!! Cheap (for indoor sims) and the same quality as every other $1,000 sim out there. I should have gotten the 8x8... SO I will remove one of the width inserts to make it 7 feet wide versus 10 feet wide. It's another thing I like about it is that if you need to modify, you can. Check out the videos. I would upload more, but can only load one. I had to shorten it and make it less wide. was easy to do. I ordered a 10 foot wide and it is now 7 ft wide and 8 ft high. works great!
