  • Worth Every Penny
I’ve used a travel bidet/peri bottle for many years now. I started with a traditional bottle that works similar to this one except there are more holes for the water and you squeeze the bottle. I later upgraded to a model with a larger bottle and a longer sprayer that tucks into the bottle when not in use. If you’ve always wanted a travel bidet, spend the money and get an electric one like this. The problem with a traditional travel bidet that has a squeeze bottle is that water has a tendency to get everywhere, at least for me. Water gets on the toilet seat, on the floor, and on me. I always managed to get cleaned up. But it works best from the back. Using it in the front always resulted in water leaking on the floor or on my clothes so I gave up using it that way. This bidet changed all of that. For one it’s USB rechargeable and I purchased it because it came with a separate bottle. I tend to use the bottle and leave it attached rather than the smaller water cover/container. I love that it has two speeds. The water does get clogged on the higher setting at times so I just lower it. The sprayer is excellent. It’s thin with four holes making it really easy to aim it wherever you want. I still end up with a little water on the seat if I use it on the back. It is nothing compared to the manual bidet I was using. If you’ve always wanted a bidet (or need one like I did), this is a great purchase. It gives you the features in a much smaller package and perfect for travel. For on-the-go every day use, I would probably buy another one to use with the smaller water compartment. I love the water bottle because it’s bigger but it’s harder to fit in a bag on the go. My only complaint is that the cover that goes over the charging port comes off very easily. It needs to be there to protect from water. I managed to put it back on but it’s not fully attached. Totally worth it though. ... show more

  • Update: great customer service! (Was working great, until a piece broke off …)
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I’m impressed with the responsive customer service, they attempted to troubleshoot the problem but we were unable to solve it , so they sent me a replacement which is working at 100% - so grateful to have it! It’s really hard to go without you’ve been this clean. This was working, great, especially with the larger capacity bottle. Much more focused spray and a better experience compared to the squeeze bottle I had before. However, with technology there can be hiccups – a small piece broke off, and since then it has been non-functional. This makes me hesitant to buy another one in case the same problem occurs. I have attempted to reach the seller, but have been unable to attach a video in my messaging so I am hoping they will see it here and offer a fix. FYI, to all other potential buyers to be aware of this issue. ... show more

  • Bad design leads to eventual failure (no water flow)
When I originally got the bidet, I was very happy with its performance and efficacy. I was great to have the travel option and convenience. After a few months, I noticed the water flow was much less than before. I tried recharging and cleaning the water input, but it did not help. I thought is might be a battery issue, so I took the cover off. I found it used a small lithium battery pack which is awesome. This thing should work almost forever! Unfortunately, I found that there appeared to be a retrofit in the design that added a filter between the pump and the water intake. This would be great, except the filter is far too long, and causes the intake hose to almost completely pinch. off. I'm thinking about replacing the filter section with a new run on 1/8 inch rubber hosing. When I do, I'll update my review with the results. Its a shame. Other than this issue, the bidet is surprisingly well designed. Rubber gaskets through out, strain relief springs around hoses, lithium pouch battery suspended in a way to prevent it from getting wet if water intrudes, large pump and motor. ... show more

  • Useful bidet
Following a visit to Japan, their self-washing toilets appealed for cleanliness and ease of use. This bidet allows that for a fraction of the cost of converting the seat, and results in a cleaner result and with a lot less toilet paper required. the only reservation is that the screw on the larger reserve bottle has a slight tendency to leak. Care in screwing it on does overcome this but one has to be careful. ... show more

  • Not enough water pressure, Unusably weak on the highest setting
It is not strong enough to perform the job it was made to do and the side the holes are on make it only functional fully extended so you won't be able to easily adjust for a better angle. It just isn't a good product. Neither adapter fits the most common bottle size in the US, but if you find a bottle that does fit it will work. However, it doesn't matter because a bigger reservoir just lets you waste more water without adequately cleaning you. ... show more

  • Same as all the other good reviews
Me, like the other American reviewers made the switch the bidet in (COVID TP shortage) 2020. I have the Sontiy hand held bidets in all my bathrooms...... And attached them to the sink for the option of warm or cold water use. However, travel, and going to work made me realize how spoiled I have become. This chargeable portable bidet is a lifesaver. Now, it's not on par with a regular bidet, but it's a lot better than I thought it would be. I have a portable charger in my backpack, and I keep my bidet charged and ready. One charge, while on vacation, last me about a week. I pitched the smaller bottle.....useless ...and only use the bigger bottle it came with. After about 3 fillups and sprays I'm good to go. I do need to use a small amount of TP just to check...... But remember, this is not connected to plumbing, so it will be weaker. Anyway, after a TP Pat dry, and maybe another spray.... I'm good. This is the one to get and add to your kit if you're a convert to the Cult of western Bidet users. Oh, BTW, it also comes with 2 nice pouches for the bidet and big water bottle. I have a small satchel I keep them in ..... For discreetness 😎 ... show more

  • 10 months of working fine. Died today.
Purchased this 3/20/24. Worked fine for ten months, no complaint. This morning it started making a noise while off. Now, it won't charge, won't run.
