Package arrived without visual damage and taped well. Assembly was easy but we do have a horizontal scratch along one of the brown tubes. Individually wrapped contents in plastic didn't prevent the damage. Light output as expected based off of a singular 60 watt LED bulb. It's connected to a wall switch so the dimmer won't be used. I'll be contacting seller since it's on a 36 month warranty. ... show more

This is exactly what I was looking for. Love the brushed nickel and the brown metal with a wood grain look. My favorite part of the lamp is the dimmable switch. Easy assembly. It took me about 10 minutes to put together.

The good: * sturdy lamp: solid base, sturdy metal tubes, and well built lampshade * easy assembly The not so good: * crappy instructions; an extra picture or two about the assembly, especially the lampshade, wouldn't hurt. * I didn't like the bulb: too much direct light directly underneath the lamp, light not warm enough. And the specs don't ring true: Compare this 6W / 2700k / 1000lm bulb to the Cree Optiled 9W / 2939k / 500lm bulb in my attached pics. I'm not saying the included bulb is bad (I'll sure find another good use for it), but not what I had in mind as a general warm light for my living room. Overall I am very happy with this lamp and like it much better than the torch light in replaces. But I do prefer the bulb I had in my torch lamp. I think it works well in this lamp too and illuminates the room more evenly. ... show more

The instructions weren’t super clear. I had problems connecting the polls together, because there is a ring thingy that needs to be taken off, and then structures didn’t tell me that other than that it’s a nice lamp.
