    • Great product, but get the older style if you can.
This is super easy to use! I am older with shoulder issues and arthritis. This is much easier to both use and faster to dry/curl than the traditional sort of method. Instructions said to use the left arrow on the left side, but it is the opposite. Perhaps they were referring to the mirror image? Regardless, I got a nice blowout and loose curl. This does not seem like it will do tight bouncy curls on my thick and coarse hair, but I have only used it once so perhaps user error. My daughter has the older model- you get a flat brush and a much better bag system with that one. Get the older model if you can. Both models work identically, except that the buttons on the newer model are at the bottom and a little easier to use. The older model buttons were fine, however. I bought the older one for my daughter for Christmas and will be picking up a few more for my sisters. It is MUCH cheaper than Dyson, although it is unknown if the Dyson is significantly better. ... show more

Love this so much had to buy it twice bc the plug on a cruise we went on zapped it. It was hard to love without. Makes my hair look great no matter which attachment I use and keeps it healthy. Doesn't look brittle and dry anymore.

    • Heat stopped working after only 5 month of use
Product worked well until the heating mechanism stopped working mid styling this morning. I bought this in Nov 2025, so at the time of this review it was only in use for 5 months. Disappointing.

I love that I don’t need multiple hair tools anymore (def giving away my regular blow dryer now) as this tool is multiple tools in one as it comes with a blow dryer piece, a round brush and an oval shaped brush to blow dry your hair, and it comes with two pieces to curl/wave your hair in each direction (one piece for the left side of your hair and one for the right side) ... show more
