I recently installed this tonneau cover on my 2024 F150 Lightning, and I must say, the installation process was a breeze. Although the instructions were not the clearest, a quick look at the cover outside the box made it easy to figure out. Despite the slightly tricky tie downs, once you get the hang of it, opening and closing the cover becomes a quick task. Overall, I find this cover to be a great value for the price. While it may produce a bit of noise while driving on the freeway, it's minimal and hasn't bothered any of my passengers. Compared to hard covers that are quite pricey, this cover comes at a fraction of the cost. One of the highlights is its efficient waterproofing feature. Even after several rainy days, my truck bed remained dry when I opened it. Not only does it keep the bed dry, but it also enhances the truck bed's utility. I was able to effortlessly transport all our beach gear from the garage to the coast. Although it may not deter serious thieves, it certainly prevents crimes of opportunity.
